Inara waves awkwardly as Satoshi calls her out. This time she was ready for the spotlight to be handed to her as she takes a deep breath.
"He's trusting me with the lot of you, I promise you're all in good hands. I've learned a lot these last few years and lets just say I've got something of an anti-ninja playbook." Inara assures the group. "Everyone will have their job once we inspect everyone's strengths a little closer".

Individual strength between us may be key to saving our butts when the ninjas come. Maybe along the way we could all learn some collaboration moves with our pokemon to be more effective against the ninjas. Arceus knows my pokemon could use seeing some fresh faces more often." "so princess, what should we do in the meantime?" "Yea, I'm ready for whatever we need to do! Excuse my eagerness of course, I get excited easily...I think."

"Listen, Satoshi. You're a great person, and an amazing trainer. I have no doubt that you could train my Lucario to be an amazing Aura Guardian, but I've raised him since he hatched, I can't just give him up like that. I'm sure you can understand." Gale told Satoshi, trying to reason with him.

If you're gonna assign jobs based on our traits, I figured I'd throw that out there." "I'm glad to know we're in good hands," Vincent acknowledged with a warm smile. "If you're even half the trainer Satoshi is--to say the least--the Igas should start running. And an anti ninja handbook to boot? I like our odds already! Now then, what's first on your list of antics?" Inara waves awkwardly as Satoshi calls her out. This time she was ready for the spotlight to be handed to her as she takes a deep breath. "I'm itching for action too," Victoria admitted, even given the fact that she'd just come out of one of the most challenging battles in quite some time. Her ears perked up when Tommy mentioned collaboration moves. They seemed to be something Vincent would likely be more interested in, so she wondered about it. She knew her pokemon were just as capable as his. "What if we all combined our pokemons moves? Imagine the strength of an earthquake fueled by seven instead of one! We'd probably crumble their entire headquarters!"

"Well, first my name's Inara." she says sternly, not taking well to the Princess nickname. Pikachu hops off of Jacob and leaps at Inara, her catching him without a second glance. She pets her pokemon before looking right at Jacob and Tommy. "Second, we'll figure out what everyone's good at. Formation is key and we all need to be on the same page here" she explains before hearing responses from the twins. Inara waves awkwardly as Satoshi calls her out. This time she was ready for the spotlight to be handed to her as she takes a deep breath. "He's trusting me with the lot of you, I promise you're all in good hands. She knew her pokemon were just as capable as his. "What if we all combined our pokemons moves? Imagine the strength of an earthquake fueled by seven instead of one! We'd probably crumble their entire headquarters!" "Sparring can come later, but I like the enthusiasm. We'll hopefully not need as much frontal muscle as you'd think but we must train for every eventuality and I have just the game for you." she admits. She would've gone further but she frowns at the response of a mass earthquake. "Uh, I think something like that might be a little too...overt". She was clearly a bit put off by the idea of widespread destruction. "Carpet bomb tactics, as we've seen, can have quite the impact" she says, motioning to the charred section of the forest with a dissatisfied look. "..besides a single stronghold for these guys is pretty mythical. This is a homecoming for them which meas they've put their most work here. There's almost countless HQ's, safe houses, and controlled locations to start firing willy nilly. Even if we did get out the power, I'd give us two shots before they wisened up and went looking for the punks trying to topple a roof over their heads. Our attacks will be precise and quick as to not be in range for counter-attack" she makes clear. Though there was a second reason non-apparent; she cut most of her ties with the clan, but if she could cut off the head of the clan leader's and make the others surrender more peacefully she'd prefer that over a blood bath of her ex-kin. she was somewhat hopeful she could make this right but that wasn't the best argument to give out to strangers who only know her as the clan leader's daughter.

"Maybe we should train together. Become a true team along side all our Pokémon!" Kodi suggests to everyone. His Teddriursa climbed up his body, and onto top of of his head, standing up. "Teddy!" His beloved Pokémon shouts in agreement.

Satoshi straightened his hat and gathered his Pokémon around him. "Well I'm off to Sootopolis to see who or what is giving the Iga enough trouble that we heard about it. I leave you all in Inara's capable hands. I believe she has a mission for you." The "mission in question involved hitting a supply convoy that would be travelling between Littleroot and Oldale Town in two days' time. With that said he got on his Rapidisah and went back on to Route 101, disappearing from sight with his Pokémon and staying off the main road.

Gale looked at Satoshi riding away into the horizon, and further until he was completely gone from view. What a weird guy. Well, at least Gale got his story. Now to see what exactly the plan is from here. Gale kept all his questions to himself and silently began to call back all of his Pokemon into their respective Pokeballs.
"So..Inara, right? What do we do now?"

"Good question." Vincent pointed out with a finger in the air. Putting his hand back down, he looked around at the ragtag group. With Satoshi gone, both siblings couldn't help but feel a bit aimless, and now looked to Inara.
"We know what route that envoy is taking... uh, maybe my Flygon could dig a nice hole for them to fall into?" Victoria supplied.

We need some cool, maybe unexpected. We could see if any of them are loyal to Inara, bring them to the good side", Tommy said excitedly.

Inara watched Satoshi ride off, she smirks at how heroic he was able to look without even trying. When she returned to her senses, she caught the tail end of some debating of what to do. She jumps right in, hoping to lead them in the right direction. She specifically catches Tommy's remark and she doesn't take it too well.
"Uh...I'll give you that we need to be clever about our ambush, but an ambush doesn't need to be cool. If anyone has a map of the route I should be able to deduce what the force size is likely to be for a convoy of that size, traps will come after that and once we figure out each other's strengths" she responds, before thinking about his suggestion of putting herself in harms way. She frowns before waving off that idea. "There's a standing bounty on my head with them...let's just say that plan was tried once, we're not doing it again" she says, not wanting to bring it as she checks her satchel for a detailed map of the area.
