Before Victoria could respond to her opponent, his icy pokemon sent forth a frosty beam. His mental commands, on top of the fact that she wasn't quite prepared, meant the beam found it's mark and struck Copy-Garchomp's chest. The now ground type pokemon cried out in protest. For all it's speed, it hadn't taken to the skies to utilize it. Now, having taken heavy damage, Ditto stood on shaky legs. "Ditto, are you okay?!" Ditto acknowledged it's trainer with a surprisingly energetic, "G-Gaar!" Victoria nodded, proud that the little shape shifter was even standing. Everything made sense again after Ditto collapsed, turning back into his gelatinous form wearily. "That was a tremendously powerful formula," Vincent commented out loud. Metagross nodded in agreement, and Victoria's remaining pokemon began to show concern for their teammate, Ditto. "Return!" Ditto's body was drawn into the pokeball where it could get some rest. "I'm sorry, Ditto. I think I made you look bad, but don't worry, we'll work on our strategies when you're better!" She was being more understanding than usual, for she knew this was a tough opponent. She glanced at Vincent and the other pokemon, now biting her lip. She wanted to keep battling, it was wonderful experience. "I think... I think I'm going to call this off. I can't put all my pokemon through this, they aren't ready." With more than half her team incapacitated, and keeping the Iga clan in mind, it wasn't too smart to continue. Abomasnow, and especially Flygon, were eager to battle on, but they trusted Victoria's judgment somewhat begrudgingly. Vincent clapped for the two competitors, equally impressed by both of their displays. "Great job Satoshi, Victoria! I've never seen a battle quite like that!" Satoshi finally opened his eyes. "Too bad I was getting ready to show of some combination attacks, I did learn a thing or two from my mom as well as my dad, and you still had four Pokémon. At any rate we should have lunch and get to know each other a bit before we leave I'm open to questions and formal introductions." With that said he turned his hat back around and treated Staraptor so it would be in fighting shape again.

"Combination attacks, huh? Sounds like Vincent's thing," Victoria muttered, then laughed and blushed. "That was a good battle, thank you Satoshi. But for the record... Never call me Vicky!" Her last statement was a serious one, indicated by her smile nearly completely fading. If Satoshi were a chump, she'd have rubbed in her skill, but he did more than stand his ground against her. He almost had her on the ropes. It was almost discomforting, and Vincent could tell. She wasn't bragging at all.
"I would've won, of course you know that, right?" Victoria's grin widened again.
"I knew it," Vincent sighed. "Too good to be true. So much for a humbling experience."
Victoria rummaged through her bag and pulled out a few items to assist her injured pokemon. While she kept busy, Vincent approached her. "You did pretty good, sis. You looked like you had your hands full, too."
Victoria didn't look up, as she sprayed Ditto with medical substance. "...I had him right where I wanted him."

Half of it has a quadruple Ice weakness. With Machamp being a ticking time bomb thanks to Toxic, having to take every hit I threw thanks to No guard, your Abamasow's deadly allergy to fight and your Garchomp already hurting from fighting Staraptor. I would just really recommend a more diverse tem Victoria." Satoshi said.

"Diversity?" Victoria looked over her team, and they looked back at her. They seemed to be waiting for her to answer, as if wondering how she would respond to Satoshi's honest words. Quickly coming to a conclusion, "My team is wonderful the way it is. We're only going to work harder and get stronger with every battle and training session. I know it seems like we have our vulnerabilities... but I didn't build my team specifically to take you down. No offense Satoshi, but we have bigger goals. I chose who I did because they're strong. We're strong. We have what it takes to be true master fighters, no matter how much anyone think our weaknesses might hold us back." Her pokemon all acknowledged her answer at once with their respective cries.
Vincent merely listened now. He didn't really know what to say.
"Maybe I'm overconfident... maybe. You really had me going there. I learned something from this experience though. Next time we face each other, it'll be a whole 'nother ball game!" Then, Victoria stood and extended an amicable hand toward Satoshi.

I still have a lot of training to do before I'm ready though."

"I guess not," Victoria replied, glad Satoshi received the gesture warmly enough. "I can't really picture you training to be honest. You already seem so strong. Although, to be honest, I don't get why you abandoned your pokemon the entire time." Vincent cut in, "I don't think that's what he was doing, Victoria. Although, she brings up a pretty valid point... What were you doing? We noticed you weren't really watching the battle; some kind of trust exercise?" Curiosity hung off of every word. "I bet he was daydreaming!" Victoria laughed. "Or maybe counting Mareep to stay awake?"

"Or maybe counting Mareep to stay awake?" "Actually I was commanding them the whole time. As a filly realized Aura Guardian I can communicate telepathically with my Pokemon. Not having to shout commands lets them react faster to the enemies attcks and my enemy doesn't know what I'm doing. I only use it for really important battles, or when I want to show off to mouthy girls." He said with a wink.

Vincent couldn't help but crack a smirk, but both twins were rather shocked regarding what Satoshi had been doing. From the outside during the fight, he gave no indication of his tactics. Now that it was over, Victoria almost couldn't believe it.
"Mouthy girls?! Tch, I'll have you know that what you think is attitude, is a highly developed skill!" Folding her arms, she huffed indignantly.
"That's incredible. Telepathic communication." Given it's advantageous quality, Vincent had to wonder how fair the match really was, but Victoria seemed to do alright. "But how can you see what's happening with your eyes closed like that? I've never heard of an Aura Guardian before, where do you people come from?"

Since every living this has an Aura, I can sse pretty much as if my eyes are open. As for what an Aura Guardian is they are an ancient order that has nearly disappeared who can see and use Aura. Our purpose is to travel around helping people and stopping evil

Vincent surmised these auras must appear at least, if not more, as detailed as someone with fantastic eyesight. He nodded and listened intently, Victoria paying attention as well. The twins had never met someone quite as unique as Satoshi.
"So you can travel the world, hitting two birds with one stone. That's effective," Victoria noted, earning a nod from her brother.
"That's right! You can fulfill your purpose as both a Guardian and a Defender of the regions..." Vincent looked around at the group, they had all settled in for the moment and the pokemon were likewise comfortable. It was relaxing, but also strangely unnerving. "Is it safe to be here? Out in the open and all, I mean?"

Hazel had been listening to Satoshi's explanation. All this about auras was a lot to take in. She still had a lot to learn about Pokemon training. She figured learning how to battle ninjas was going to be difficult enough. But all this stuff about auras made her head spin. "That's right! You can fulfill your purpose as both a Guardian and a Defender of the regions..." Vincent looked around at the group, they had all settled in for the moment and the pokemon were likewise comfortable. It was relaxing, but also strangely unnerving. "Is it safe to be here? Out in the open and all, I mean?" "Well," Hazel said, "If Satoshi can detect auras or whatever, then I assume he'd know if anyone was near by. So we're probably safe for now. But, I would like to know where we'll be stay - or atleast meeting up - while we're working saving this region."

"Are we gonna have a base or headquarters to meet up in?" "Or are we all going to stick together on this saga of ours?" Vincent finished. They were both genuinely curious. "It helps having flying type pokemon," Victoria said, wondering if Hazel owned any, then wondering about the others briefly. She had already seen Satoshi's, though she had to wonder if the bird pokemon was quite big enough to ride. "We can get where we need to, and fast, if the situation demands. Y'know, like superheroes!"

Hazel took a mental note. She nodded and said, "Flying type, I'll work on catching one. Right now I only have my Monferno and Magmortar."
She motioned to her Pokemon. Monferno happily scampered up to the twins. The pokemon greeted them with a smile and a wave, "Mon-Fer-No." she said happily.
Magmortar was slower to approach, staring intensely at Victoria. After seeing her strength as a trainer Magmortar was eager to prove his own. He walked directly toward Victora - unintentionally pushing Monferno out of the way - and let out a powerful cry, "MORTAR!" The shiny fire pokemon raised his body temperature drastically in a display of power.
"Um," Hazel said, "Its okay Magmortar. You can relax. We're not here to fight anyone right now."

Inara shakes her head, she had tried to warn her it wasn't a trick, but the fight was entertaining all the same. She was glad she had picked some real skillful trainers, they might just be able to mold a rebellion after all. She let Satoshi give the Aura Guardian spiel- she remembers how amazed she was to hear that and had grown up along side some pretty incredible people. She listens in as Hazel's Magmortar steps forward and has to be stopped. She takes a few steps in case Hazel needed help.
"Got a reign on him alright?" she asks the young trainer curiously. She wasn't trying to sound forceful, just a standard question between friends.

"Oh yeah," Hazel said, "Magmortar here was a gym leader's pokemon before. He's just excited to see some other strong pokemon."
