Hero Orientation room;+State of the room: Emptying just now
*Exit Stage right:-Players: Star Patrol, Ursa + Animalius Rajom, Fortune, & friendsStar Patrol had a small convoy with them by the time they finally left the room. Liz was instructing others with injured to follow them towards the train where they could go to the county hospital.
Trevor and Sphinx were behind Liz as she led the way rather heroically. her gun was up just in case something else went wrong. “I’ll see what other work I can get you, but right now we don’t want very many stragglers still be in here when we make a final sweep” she points out.
“She’s right you know” Renard cuts in, walking past
Kairi. Him and Liz nod once more before he looks back to the team leader; “Sphinx is it? I’m Starfire Capt. Renard Christie” he asks, taking a great interest in the young Space Patrol man. Just before
Fortune and Ursa headed out with their counterparts, Drago frowns before looking back. Since he wasn’t holding
Animalius, he nods at the pirate and the bear-
“Hey I’ll meet you at the hospital ok? I’m gonna tidy up here” he says before running back. Everyone else entered a train station/food court where others were waiting. They would see the train was about ready to be on track for the next ride, but judging by several soaked inhabitants...something had just happened.
OOC: Everyone who wished to exit the Orientation room succeeds rather quickly. Go down to
Lobby-Cafeteria/Train station and read the continuation there.
*Still in the room:-Players: Emma, Maria/Prometheus, Hirro Felidae, Orion & friendsMaria’s proclamation was heard out this time luckily, with innocents in tow most of the room was /
finally/ cleared out, leaving
Hirro holding several innocents- given what they were wearing, they were superheroes too. In the corner of her eyes Prometeo saw an archer,
Emma, along with several fellows ranged fighters. The man decided to begin some emergency first-aid on another woman. He was operating on her leg, she wasn’t taking it too well but the others did their best to keep her comfortable and he looked to be close to applying bandages. The point was not everyone had cleared out just left but she was holding out for now...though as she pondered her situation someone poofed right in front of her.
“Hey” says a man in
some kind of samurai-like armor. He glances around, “Need some help with that?” he asks, noticing she was keeping the ceiling up. Meanwhile
Hirro had a hold of the two heroes, they were down for now but they were both breathing, better than most others who had to be dragged out. As he looked around and saw folks exit of their own accord, a tall and lanky draco kid jogs over to him,
“Need help with that sir?” he calls out, the voice...sounded familiar.
Lobby;+State of the room: In order for now
*Cafeteria/train station:-Players: Felicity Fortune, Scarlet the shark girl, Kain, Trace + incoming Orientation-goers & friendsSoaked civilians, including
Trace, Dave,
Kain, and the beastmen on perimeter duty were quickly handed towels to dry off. Despite the pain from the bomb blast,
Scarlett was getting all kinds of pats on the back from her Starfire co-workers and a medic was soon on-hand following her to Tumbler. The girl turns,
Felicity had been quiet but Tumbler didn’t pay it any mind.
“You look like hell shark girl” she grins, patting her on the back. “Good job though,” he says before motioning for one of the tiger men to start bringing guys into an orderly formation and
he would do so to the newcomers. Turning back to Scarlett she hugs her, “A sharp mind and quick thinking, you’re unstoppable”. The men soaked were told they could enter once they were dried off. The woman attending to the group was in very heavy armor and an angular face mask so what she was wasn’t easy to tell.
“I’ll escort you to your seating momentarily. We apologize for any inconveniences” she says curtly, as if memorizing the phrase. It was almost funny seeing someone completely decked out in combat gear act in such a manner. Dave nods thanking the woman quickly before motioning for Trace to do the same.
*Infirmary: -Players: Red Dragon, Blue Fang, Minerva Rajom, & co.Albatross puts a hand on
Red Dragon’s shoulder, as if to comfort him both for the woman and his ruse failing.
“She’ll be fine, these medics are top notch. I hope you can still be of use to me. There have been sightings down below in the forest ahead...there really shouldn’t be anybody out there past the scouts we sent. I don’t have very many people to spare now and check it out so I’m going. I really have no idea who you are, but I’m looking to test your mettle if you think you can handle it. You seem like you know how to wield that blade” she says, somehow mixing together a stern tone with a reassuring statement. She looks to
Blue Fang before quickly giving him the same offer. "You look like a strapping up-and-comer
“Oh..” Abby responds across the room to
Minerva Rajom. “Well we have certain facilities you could take him as a...well, as an alternative” she suggests. “Perhaps I could ask someone to keep him in watch until that can be arranged, things really are not the most ideal” she says, giving a nervous chuckle.
*Villain Orientation room:-Player: Krystal Felidae and friendKrystal’s incoming chair throw strikes the man in the sternum and sends him flying back several feet. He skids onto the ground and the rest of the armored opponents focus right on her. One man’s armor mixe with an odd box and the
suit grows to about twice it’s original size, easily hitting 9 feet tall. The newcomer steps forward, raising it’s fist to try and face the Miaoshian head-on.
“Stand down kitty cat” she hears in a garbled voice over, confident in dealing with her. The fighting continued on behind the two but the other side’s numbers were almost halved by this point and Tundra was trying to squeeze in to set herself up as backup.
*Front of the building:Player: Nicholi D Trake"You got it...prince" Trout smirks, half conscious at this point as one nurse sticks him with an IV drip before he's placed on a bed and his vitals were inspected.
“Fine, you’re not a rookie. least not until you start the job” Missionary rattles off before leading
Nicholi through a back exit that took the two right in the interior front lobby where he first entered the building. She walks past and knocks on the large double doors. It opens up and a grizzled man in sunglasses answers, it was Foreman.
“Good work bringing him here. I got word we repelled two other fronts, we should be able to take offensive soon but come on” he says, motioning for the two to head outside. Two of the Officers who were at the table were also in the area, treating themselves of shrapnel wounds. Three men were tied up and cuffed, two others were dead. “So, Mr. Trake...you wanted to see me?” he asks, removing his sunglasses to show an attentive stare.
“Well he thought he could help boss. Not sure if ya need anything murdered right now though” Missionary pops in again, and gets a small glare from Foreman. She shrugs back before checking on the two officers, giving professional privacy. However that didn't go for another familiar voice;
"He seems wisened, planning on learning anything from him?" Balbadd, Nicholi's somewhat trusty spirit adviser(and Grandpa) chimes in with a whispery tone.
Outskirts of Reach City;+State of the area: Up in the air at this point
-Player: Dark Lizard and friend. The Dark Lizard knocks out the would-be sabetour and then turns to see her friend looking at the support beam. It was still holding, but the man had done some damage to it, scarring it and some of the metal was still red hot, from her response Rose was no metallurgist.
“What do we do?” she asks worriedly as Dark Lizard thinks he hears bush moving. It was a ways off, but to make matter simple worst case scenario they were in gun range.
