Again I don't appreciate the personal attacks on my character but you have the freedom to think what you want.
Maybe next time to reassure your doubts you can judge. Also if you actually have a problem you can say it instead of beating around the bush. When you kind of nonchalantly complain I take it at that. An actual direct complaint would be more appropriate to get a dignified response. So use your big boy words and legitimately voice your complaint. Like dskillz said I thought you were joking around originally. So I responded in kind. It was the more and more I read that annoyed me.
It not that it made me mad or upset but just annoyed at the fact a claim of bias judging would be claimed in a harmless writing competition that was free to enter and will hopefully happen again.

I didn't think calling you biased and corrupt was beating around the bush, and I think you took it generally seriously. Don't tell me the pig Latin threw you off, that was just me trying to be funny at the same time. If you're gonna do it again, I recommend posting scores in the future as well, as it's pretty customary to have some kind of general criticism from which to build. Need big boy words to take me seriously this time too, sure. Polisson. Feculent. Malingerer. Rapscallion. Egregious.

Well the voting was fair and Terranova deserved to win. For the next one I have to put more effort into it and get more creative. Maybe I will start doing one or two matches again as practice.

You're using these words, but I'm not convinced you know what they mean. My claim was based on observations that undoubtedly factually occurred, such as watching two out of three judges neglect to posit any kind of reasoning behind the scoring other than a final result. Absurd? I wouldn't call my claim wildly unreasonable, all thing considered; my thoughts weren't illogical at the time, considering I requested the scores and they weren't given for quite some time. Potter had a good enough reason I suppose, I've no issue there. After all is said and done, I understand and have no problem with the outcome of the contest itself. I only ever wanted to know why, that's all, and fair to ask. Good luck with future endeavors, and just so you know, Webster's dictionary has a website now.

Well, since we are already here, I'm wondering what gave you the idea that the judging was corrupt and biased in the first place. I understand wanting to see the scores, but what exactly was it that gave you that idea? The fact that the scores weren't posted immediately?

After requesting the scores and getting no response for almost a month, I assumed there was some kind of reason for it. I didn't think it was so hard to post them. I'll wholly acknowledge that it could have just as easily been laziness, and not any sort of bias. By throw around the word corrupt and suddenly, posts appear. I guess that wasn't the best word to use in hindsight. Man, I know it's proper manners and all to include "no offense" in one's posts but oft times I feel like that's pointless because people might take offense either way. S'all on how they interpret your message even if it's arguably clear. Anyway, right to the point: You probably could exercise a bit more tact in your responses in light of touchy situations like these, G4. Your replies did seem to carry a tint of hostility, which is certainly unmerited if you're simply trying to get an answer to your concerns. That and actually have a decent joke to follow up if your intent is to lighten the mood instead of the tasteless poking.  My replies carried a tint of hostility? True enough. The same can be said for Legacy's posts, which is how I interpreted them. But I digress, you're right--it was unmerited. Just a negative way of me expressing my impatience and curiosity. My last post wasn't really a joke, but an insult, through and through.
