We could just take this over to the TV thread and talk about how DC-inspired shows are 1,000,000 times better than Marvel inspired ones. As well as anything animated. While Marvel has been doing very well in the cinematic universe, just because they decided to add Spider-Man into the Avengers or whatever, doesn't mean it's going to be good. It means it'll be successful, much in the same line as Superman and Batman obviously will be. The name draws money, but it doesn't necessarily draw quality. For example, of the TM trilogy, Spider-Man 3 was the most successful and we all know that it sucked donkey dick. I think I'm the only human who likes Spider-Man 3 xD

Just to add it has also been announced Spiderman will debut in the Captain America Civil War. Nice. Also I am sorry but Spiderman 3 had great Spidey fight scenes and some of my favorite. I own it on DVD because of that as well.
Surfer as a DC fan I completely agree. People forget DC with tv shows and animated films are making there characters more known to the general public. The general public fell in love with Green Arrow ever since Smallville for example. Everyone would want him on the Justice League but the general public questions why Hawkeye is on the Avengers team. I heard many people say that after Avengers. Shows the difference in the characters popularity and treatment.
Once again Marvel why the hell hasn't Hawkeye been announced for anything in the future?! Whedon you better not...

Big damn spoilers for a certain Disney film, folks!
Has anyone seen Big Hero 6? I think if they make a sequel it will have the Baymax who was trapped in the alternate dimension return somehow and encounter the new Baymax that was created at the end of the film. The Baymax managed the resist his violent programming from Hiro's skull personality chip long enough for him to punch Hiro back into the real world. Old Baymax becomes a weapon of mass destruction and New Baymax has to fight him.
Either that, or Disney could release a What If? mini film where the heroes couldn't stop Baymax from destroying Yokai, and Hiro starts to become an amoral anti-hero while the others continue being conventional superheroes.

Whedon you better not... I've never understood that logic related to Hawkeye on the Avengers team. If you had a super skilled heroic archer in your universe, wouldn't you want him on the team, even if his abilities get slightly overshadowed by the other members? The more the merrier (and stronger) afterall!

Needless to say, this photo makes me.... wet? Is that appropriate for an image of Aquaman? Idk... So yea, looking at this I don't even care that we aren't getting the hook hand version, that shit looks tight! #ZackSynderIsTheBest #AquamanHasAlwaysBeenCool #BeatThatMarvel!

Pixels looks very fun. I hope it doesn't get hurt and lost by all the big films coming out this summer. That usually happens to a lot of films with big summers like this one coming up.

Finished that Dead Rising movie a little bit ago. I thought it was surprisingly decent. I didn't much care for Frank West's actor/the way he was portrayed in the film, though..

Yeah it does look funny and great, but I hope Adam Sandler doesn't pull too much focus, as it seems like all he's there to do is exclaim the names of whatever arcade game characters the aliens imitate. I haven't seen the original Pixels short film, but do you think the feature length film will be canon to that or a straight up adaptation?

It's actually a Crackle original movie, and just premiered yesterday. Dead Rising: Watchtower, I think is the full name.

I re watched Star Trek Into Darkness recently. Great film. It's what inspired me to put Khan in a rumble, since I don't think I had ever used his character in a rumble before, and that had to change. I also watched an episode of Star Trek: The Original Series. The series still holds up surprisingly well, though the episode might have been edited to look slightly better for modern TV.
I was never a Trekkie and generally stayed away from Star Trek, but I'm starting to show some more genuine interest in the franchise.
"KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!!" - Spock.

My cousin was a bit of a Trekkie as a child as he watched it with our Grandma all the time. As such, he hated Into Darkness. I guess Khan was a fantastic villain in the tv show and relegated to a plot device for the movie.
