S.H.I.E.L.D Bunker Containing Cortana -

What seemed like an easy victory, quickly turned into a blood bath...

The Rangers (under mind control from the Umbrella Corporation) successfully broke into the Shield Bunker that protected the sleeping Cortana A.I. Waiting for them, however, was a fierce team of recently christen Batman- Jim Gordon, Senior Shield Agent Mockingbird, and several UNSC and Shield operatives.

The two teams did battle. One after the other the operatives fell, either by a ranger sword or a blast. After a winded battle, Mockingbird and Gordon managed to get the upper-hand on both the blue and silver rangers, killing them before they could reach Cortana. But stopping two of the Umbrella-Controlled Rangers wasn't enough. Mockingbird was eventually caught by Jason's sword... her life ending in one swift blow.

All that remained to protect Cortana was a badly damaged Jim Gordon...

"You put up a good fight, but now your ours old man," said Aisha as the trio approached the broken bat-suit. Jason wielded his Power Sword at Gordon's throat as Tommy reached the sleeping Cortana.

"Wesker, sir, we reached the A.I. Extracting it now," Tommy voiced as he began transferring Cortana into a data-chip.

"Any last words?" Jason said as he pushed the blade closer on Jim's neck. Except, before Gordon could answer, the door of the warehouse opened, revealing Captain America, Master Chief and Nick Fury standing in front of their helicopter.

"Sorry we're late, Gordon. Couldn't be helped. You okay?" Fury called out.

"Hanging in there...," Gordon mustered as Jason and Aisha faced their new opponents.

Tommy finished Cortana's download then joined his team, "We got what we came for. Let's get out of here."

"Oh, you're not going anywhere," Cap shouted as his shield smashed into the Black Ranger, halting their exit. The other Rangers retaliated with fire of their own, unwilling to back down from the fight...

Evil Power Rangers (No Zords):
Black Dino Ranger Tommy Oliver
Red Mighty Morphin Ranger Jason Scott
Yellow Ninja Ranger Aisha Campbell

Team America:
Captain America
Master Chief
Nick Fury (has the devil fruit power of an Iron-iron man. Can turn his body into pure Iron)

Ranger's are currently under mind control, so they are looking to kill their opponents. Team America isn't willing to let them get away. Both teams (with exception to Fury) are fatigued from earlier fights.

This Power Ranger is in trouble. Team America has the big experience over them dealing with superpowered threats along with the skills and weapons to win the fight. Honestly I think America can win it. There biggest problem will be the Black Dino with his with powerful abilities where being that Tommy is evil he can cut loose. However Cap and Chief have the physical abilities together to put him down. Team America wins since they have the most important advantages on there side going for them.

Team America got my vote.

Even though both teams are not at full charge, I see the Power Rangers go down relatively quick. Whomever attacks Nick first will be caught off guard by his new ability and will give him the opening he needs to take them down. That leaves the fight a two on three. Chief's armor durability will serve him well, seeing as I don't think the Rangers will successfully break through it, but I do see him receiving most of the damage in this fight. As said by baller, Cap and Chief together could beat Tommy. Leaving Jason outnumbered and Cortana retaken by the good guys.

Okay, I say the Power Rangers win. I'm don't know if Aisha has access to the metallic armor but that will give her the durability to handle Fury. Cap will be very difficult but he's up against two of the best. Tommy at his most experienced beating the main bad guy (Mesogog) by himself and Jason who came back a lot of times and showed Cole how it's done when he beat whoever that was they fought in Forever Red.

Master Chief has the best chance of really beating Tommy or Jason one on one but he'd be the equivalent of a monster which we know Tommy and Jason can beat alone.

Not saying it won't be really tough but I gotta choose and I see the mind controlled rangers coming out on top.

Each Ranger only has powers from the current Ranger form they are in. They don't have any access to other Rangers forms so Aisha can only use the Ninja form.

I will agree that the fight could either way, it really depends on the wild card (Fury) and if they can neutralize his power.

Good match-up, Russ, if still a little short story-wise.

I think Team America can take this in a pretty tough battle. The Rangers have used up some energy fighting the other SHIELD soldiers and agents (as has Master Chief against Team Ra's/Shredder). Cap is likely still pretty fresh, though. His supersoldier formula doesn't allow lactic acids to build up in his muscles, so his stamina is virtually unlimited while he's fighting opponents in his strength class and maybe a little stronger.

Everyone on Team America is a good deal more skilled and experienced in combat than the any of the Rangers as well. Between that, their other abilities (including whatever the Devil Power Fruit grant Fury), and maybe even Gordon giving what he has left (if anything), they should be able to take the evil Rangers.

Classic D, picking on my short stories xD

All was going well when I was writing it... until Fury and them showed up. At least it was more than Wesker monologuing to himself.

But yeah I agree with you on the fight. Cap can take out two Rangers, maybe all three if he was at tip-top shape. Team America wins after an awesome battle.
