I was not able to see how this place has grown.

I think I might need some help as this place might not be as similar to ElectricFerret or not as easy to use.

Kind of depends on what you did on the old site. Things aren't as fancy and automated here but the rumbles and official matches are still going with some adjustments. I honestly haven't missed a whole lot in the transition. Participation is key.
