Bullseye decided the wall was the best course of action, even though he didn't like taking orders. He brazenly headed towards the wall with the others.
OOC: potterpuppetpals, what is the standard equipment you mentioned? If there isn't any, I would just like Bullseye to have two pistols and a couple knives.

( Ooc: standard equipment only applies to characters with no weapons, so yeah, Bullseye is alright with those)
"Let's go meet the neighbours!"
Jack and the team went up to the giant wooden door and knocked three times. The wooden door mysteriously opened up by itself.
"Okay, so we have a door that can open and close by itself. I don't like the look of this. Stay sharp, everyone," said Jack in a surprisingly serious tone.

Bullseye laughed at Jack's concern. "Let's get this over with so I can get paid." He confidently marched through the doorway, although his head was on a swivel.

Shina followed Bullseye and Jack through the door, focusing her senses to not be overwhelmed. This island had an aura about it, something her inner animal instincts were warning her about. Radiation? Giant creatures maybe? Whatever it was, she knew it was nothing. At least Jack had enough sense to know when something was out of place. Shina put one hand on her left pistol, ready for anything. Bullseye laughed at Jack's concern. "Let's get this over with so I can get paid." He confidently marched through the doorway, although his head was on a swivel. Shina briefly turned her attention to Bullseye "Stole the words right out of my mouth," she said with a smirk. |

Snake gives a low sigh as his comment was brazenly ignored. Bunch of maverick soldiers of fortune he was saddled with. To say nothing of the door, had bait written all over it but nobody else seemed to mind. Snake did though- he continues to bring up the rear, M4 at the ready. Once they're on the other side he glances back to inspect that side of the wall for a mechanism that opened the door...or at least some sign it could be operated manually
"Are we still on about that?" Snake grunts at Shina, clearly more on edge than most of the others and not worried about money.

Logan didn't like how easy this all seemed. As he walked he suddenly picked up some kind of sent. It was different than anything he had ever smelled before. He crouched a little lower to the ground. Holding his sub machine gun in one hand, he extended a set o of claws on the other.

The home of the natives was abandoned, with no people in sight. Clothes and animal skin were slung everywhere.
"What the hell happened here?" said Jack as he walked into the village.

"It would seem someone else got here before we did," Shina said quietly. She lowered her pistol slightly, taking in the scene before her of the abandoned site. Something still didn't feel right about all this. The team seemed to also think so, taking note of Wolverine's use of strong sense of smell to detect danger, much as she had been doing.
"We should keep moving, we can't stay out in the open like this or we'll be detected. Whatever made these people leave in such a hurry, I don't want finding us."

Suddenly, there was an almighty roar coming from over big wall parallel to the door the agents went through.
"Well, there's no doubt about it now. We're gonna have to fight some dinosaurs!" said Jack, who now sounded more exited than scared.
There was then a rustling in the overgrown bushes in the native ruins.
"Wolverine?" said an unknown voice. A shadow started emerging from the darkness...

Wolverine turned, slightly startled that someone that knew his name could sneak up on him without him noticing. He brought his sub machine gun up to bare aiming at the source of the noise.

"Who are you?" asked Jack, who was actually starting to sweat a little from fear. Jack may have faced Slitheen, Daleks and Gas Mask Zombies, but at least he knew what he was up against with those things. The Island just gave off a sinister vibe he had never truly felt before,
The figure revealed himself. As he came into the light, everyone was startled. It was Spider-Man!
"Spider-Man!? What the hell is he doing here?" asked Jack, who was now a little less shaken. Jack had read about Spider-Man in the Daily Bugle, but had never seen him in person.
"You guys all need to get out of here. Kraken kidnapped me again for one of his hunting games, and his goons are all over the island!" said Spider-Man in a wheezy voice. He started coughing and almost collapsed onto the floor, but Jack caught him. He noticed that Spidey's costume was tattered and torn.
"Is this Kraven guy the one who's got all the nuclear weapons?" asked Jack.
"Nuclear weapons!? Look, Kraven's crazy, but I doubt he would be holding weapons of mass destruction..." said Spider-Man with a concerned tone in his voice.

Snake was listening in on the chatter. He concurs with Shina, but before he could say anything else the mysterious voice calls out to Wolverine. His weapon was likewise trained at the mysterious figure. Even as he came into view and some of his teammates began to recognize him, he was warily keeping the weapon trained on him. Though once this talk of a "Kraven" came out,he lowers the weapon on Spidey.
"Something tells me this just got more complicated than what our original parameters suggested." he says before motioning to Shina with a quiet hand gesture. Snake himself moves forward from tree to tree to minimize keeping himself in the open. He'd make a quick perimeter check, mostly in the direction Spider-man came from in case any of the 'goons' previously mentioned had been following Spidey too close, and odds were Shina's senses could assist in neutralyzing that threat

Bullseye was actually pretty pissed. Why couldn't anything be simple? Kill some people, make some money? But no, now they had no idea what was going on. He readied a handgun and scanned the perimeter.

OOC: This rp might be a little slow for a while because I'll be doing coursework and stuff. I'll probably post more when the majority of work is done.
"I guess we should stay alert. Spider-Man, are you we'll enough to help us?" asked Jack.
"I can't really do much else, so I might as well tag along," said Spidey.
