I did end up picking Digimon, if anyone's wondering. SSJRuss seems to like it? I also liked Digimon, growing up. And I haven't really heard or read anything good about Thief. May just scratch that game off my "want" list.
Started The Devil's Cartel. It's not bad, but I don't know.. Just not getting that feeling of "This is awesome!" the original gave me. I came close to completely passing on this series, but then my cousin bought the first one for me one year as a Christmas present(never happened again, but whatever). So since I had it, I gave it a shot and was pleasantly surprised. It was a ton of fun, even playing solo.
Bought the sequel and never got around to it, but it has a meta score of 73. The first one has a 72. This one? 54.. There could be a reason it has the lowest of them all, if I continue not really feeling it.

The game was fun, reminded me of Playstation All-Stars which was fucking great. I do wish the game had a bit more too it, maybe a few more characters or stages. DLC would have been nice, but I'm overall still pleased with the game. Still need to Plat it. |

I don't know if I will. Probably why I was hesitant to buy it in the first place, but it's very rare that I'll sink 100 or more hours into one game. In fact, before P4G, I don't know if it had happened this decade. Had a few 90+ ones. But those were also games I highly regarded(Kingdom Hearts games and Fallout 3). I just don't have the stamina..
Speaking of stamina, this shit is exhausting! Lol. I'm talking about this weird "rubbing" of underage girls thing. Wait.. Where are you going? Don't call the cops! I didn't make the game! But yeah, Monster Monpiece is one of the weirdest things I think I've ever bought. ^^'

I have to say, King of Fighters 14 is looking swa-ag at the moment. It got a very shaky initial reception from people as the first demo wasn't looking too sharp, but recent teaser trailers have completely won me over. I loved KOF 13, and I cannot wait for this new instalment. There's just so many awesome characters! About 50 to be precise. Tizoc's "heel" version looks perhaps the most badass. Instead of a hawk, he's a freakin' dinosaur (literally called "The King of the Dinosaurs", which is the most badass name any fighting game character has ever had). The animations still look quite jolty, not as much as in the first trailer, but it whereas it was very noticeable in that trailer, in the newer ones it makes every strike seem to have that much more impact, so I doubt that people are still complaining. Actually, there's no doubt that people still are. The internet's like that.
There's some new faces that have been revealed very recently alongside Athena. There's this evil Taekwondo fighter who is very suspiciously similar to Juri Han of Street Fighter fame (it's honestly kinda shameless), and this very cool boxer character. A lot of old favourites that were missing from the last instalment are returning too, like Chang and Choi. There's this other new character called Sylvie but I don't like her, honestly.
There's apparently going to be some crossover characters as well from other SNK properties, and they should show up. After all, King of Fighters was conceptualised as a celebratory crossover fighting game between SNK's best characters. It's not their fault that all the original characters grew to become so much more iconic and popular.

Freedom Cry was more enjoyable than Black Flag. My progress was never stopped, because I needed to grind for ship upgrades. And that blunderbuss was badass.

I got Dark Souls 3. Praise the sun! But I also picked up Enter the Gungeon and Lego Marvel Superheroes and Lego Batman 3 off the PS Sale. So I got a hard as fuck game, a roguelike, and some old fashioned fun video games to burn through.
