I've been playing Assassin's Creed since the beginning but I've never had to buy any of them. I borrowed/was given the whole franchise up to Rogue but I'm still missing Unity and Syndicate. I play for the story so I was also wondering if Unity was worth it. I know the game didnt do well but I also don't want to miss out on something in the story. You're better off just watching a video on YouTube with the cut scenes from unity, than playing it yourself. Though to be fair, I've only tried playing it on PC, so it might be somewhat playable on one of the consoles, but from what I've seen it's just a matter of the degree to which the game is broken. I might just do that. If I play it it will be on ps4 so lets hope it does okay there. I do tend watch playthroughs of games or dlc that I don't plan on getting. Case in point, the King Washington dlc and the Bioshock Infinite dlc. I'd love to have played them myself but I don't think they are worth the purchase (or I just simply don't have the original game anymore).

Yeah, it would probably depend on how heavy the ship stuff is in Freedom Cry and Rogue. That was what I enjoyed the least.
Too late on Unity. :/ Picked it up on Black Friday, but haven't started it yet. People have said it plays fine on PS4, with the 5 or 6 GB patch I had to download.. Whenever I get to it, I'll post my results.

There are ship stuff, the first mission is ship based, but it isn't nearly as pervasive as the other games. Though I will disclaim all this, by saying that it is all based on my memory of the game.

I'll probably pick it up. A review I watched made it look and sound pretty good, too. At almost 66% off, may as well give it a shot. Thanks, for the input.
Started and finished First Light, yesterday. It's short, but sweet. Enjoyed it as much as any other inFAMOUS game I've played.

Free Ratchet & Clank theme on PS4. Gonna miss the music from the Jessica Jones one, but it's nice to finally have something from a game series I know and love on display.

I haven't read nor watched One Piece past the time skip. I see Nami's been crazy oversexualized. :/ I'm playing as her, regardless. She kicks butt in Pirate Warriors 2(unlike the first one, where I wouldn't have played as her unless I had to). And so far, there's been no quick time events, or weird platforming stuff. Pirate Warriors 2 > Pirate Warriors 1, thus far.

Just a quick update on my video gaming progress. Beat Bioshock 2, which means I've finally finished the Bioshock franchise. Really proud that I got to play them. Infinite still claims the spot for best in the series, but 2 is pretty neck and neck with the original Bioshock. Which was surprising cause I thought 2 wasn't going to be all that good. Glad I was wrong Anyway, jumping into Assassin's Creed Liberation now. Should be fun.

I still need to play Bioshock 2, myself... I have half a mind to just rebuy anything I have any intention of playing on the PS3. I just can't bring myself to go back to the shitbox. But then I'd have to rebuy Minerva's Den, also, so I should just suck it up and play the damn thing. And if that's the PS3 version of Liberation, hope you enjoy it. I did. Getting closer to being done with Pirate Warriors 2. If you're not a crazy trophy hunter, it's probably only a 10-15 hour game(little less, if you don't go for the True Ending). Can't recommend it enough. Blows the first one out of the water. They completely removed the button-mashing quick time events and "Press square to jump" platforming things. So, you just get to run around, kicking ass. My ultimate tag team has become Kuzan and Hancock. Kuzan makes the hardest difficulty a joke.

Yeah, I shied away from the Vita version since it has some shitty online mode(with trophies), that I didn't want to bother with. I really liked AC3 and AC4's multiplayer, though, so maybe I should have given it a shot. Other than being shorter than other AC games(Platted in 1 day, 4 hours time according to PSNP), it was fun.
Damn it.. there are too many games I'm interested in, in this Flash Sale. Picked up a $10 card a couple of days ago, so I could use my BestBuy Reward Certificate, but I don't think it's gonna be enough. And why does Hyperdimension Re;Birth 2 have to be $9!? Should have caved at $7.50 around the holidays.. I really want to play it, so I can move on to #3, which is installed on my PS3's hard drive. Ugh. Decisions.

Time to make a fucking terrible decision. I have just over $3 left in my wallet. I'm looking at Digimon and Thief. I can't decide. Both kinda interest me, 'cause I love stealth games and thought PS All Stars was fun. But it's picking between the two, that's causing issues. There was actually less I wanted to buy, than I originally thought. And I'm not going to buy a $20 card(I would have to drive 35 miles for a retailer that carries a $10 card; not happening before the sale ends) for either of these games, so it's one or the other.
So far, I bought PoP: The Forgotten Sands(really liked on 360, and has a short, easy Plat), Jojo's Bizarre Adventure(short, easy Plat and from the makers of the Naruto fighting games which I enjoy), Strider(short, somewhat easy(?) Plat. But that doesn't matter with this one. I've been wanting it for forever, 'cause it looks cool), and... Monster Monpiece(go ahead. Laugh).

Lol. Well, I meant my PSN wallet, not my wallet wallet. Don't think any store will take that in currency, 'specially since it'd be tied to my account. xD

Anyway, apparently there's been a recent leak for Killer Instinct Season 3 showcasing two brand new characters. This is all just stuff in the news, it could easily just be fake or wrong. If you don't wanna know, like I kinda did before curiosity got the best of me, don't read the next paragraph.
One of them is Mira, Maya's long lost sister who was thought to have sacrificed herself, and very well might have done considering that images of her make her look very vampire-like. Considering that this is the Killer Instinct universe we're talking about, she could very well be a vampire. She's got quite a good design, but some people have said that she looks too similar to Sadira (yeah, remember her?) from Season 1. I can see where they're coming from since they do have similar colour schemes, similarly pale complexions and similar fighting stances, but I think it can be cool to see alike characters meeting up.
The other character is General RAAM of the Gears of War franchise, a guest character. Wow, Killer Instinct really is becoming an Xbox Smash Bros equivalent, isn't it? Well, that's not a bad thing, quite the opposite in my opinion. I'm not a fan of Gears of War, but I'm interested in seeing this character in the game nonetheless. Nothing has been shown of General RAAM yet. Not a screenshot, not a piece of artwork, just his name on a beta character select screen. I bet that the final KI original to appear will be the evil god Gargos. That is, unless he's an unplayable boss, but considering that behemoths like Aganos and bosses like ARIA are playable, I doubt the Gargoyles reject will be.

Gears of War was pretty cool. I really should pick up the third one... and then never play it, 'cause screw Xbox.
