Ooh, that's neat. Probably will require a massive amount of grinding to unlock, though, I'd imagine. Not that this bothers me. If I can grind hours and hours and hours in games for some silly trophies, I can do it for free DLC. xD Just played Black Flag from Friday evening till now(minus eating, sleeping, walking to Casey's to get the Sunday paper and a pizza at Subway for my bro, etc.) to get its multiplayer trophies, so yeah.. I'm starting to think I'm just being stubborn with paying for multiplayer, 'cause I've never done it before. My PS4 seems to be staying connected to the internet now, though. So, that's good. Don't know what changed.

The full trailer for the Arbiter from Halo was released a few days ago, and he looks freakin' badass as you'd expect! The stage, though. That was arguably just as much the star of the show as the character himself. I love how Banshees fly around all over the place and close to the fighters while the battle is going on. As most fans predicted, Tusk was teased for Season 3 and from the looks of things he hasn't changed that much. He's still a beefy, ginormous, Conan-esque blondie with a huge sword. A simple character design who has always been at home in the Killer Instinct universe and just had to return at some point! It will be interesting to see how his story will be altered to fit into the new continuity like all of the other prehistoric fighters from the second game had theirs changed to make them from the contemporary setting. Maybe it might not be altered at all, who knows?
However, since all of the Killer Instinct playable veterans have been announced for return, it begs the question of who else could be included in Season 3? Gargos almost certainly will appear in some form, but I'm definitely more excited at the prospect of more guest characters showing up. Some completely new characters could be added too, but I feel that Season 2 was very much the home of all the crazy creative newcomers after Season 1 cashed in on the nostalgia factor. While Season 3 may seem to be confined to including only Microsoft and Rare owned characters at the minute, I think that they're gonna go nuts with the character choices eventually like other devs same have with MKX and Smash Bros (I mean, Rash from Battletoads and the Arbiter are already pretty random choices, don't ya think?).
Also, have any of you guys heard of the game #IDARB? It's basically this basketball/football/platformer hybrid that features a shit-tonne of famous characters (granted, the characters in the game have no animations but I guess that's meant to be part of the charm or something). The game itself is really damn fun. It's similar to the head-to-head modes in BattleBlock Theater (which is frankly a godlike game).

A lot of people seem to really like Black Flag, so this may be an unpopular opinion. But this is possibly the worst Ass Creed game I've ever played.. I don't like the ship stuff, so I avoided it most of the time, sailing from mission to mission. And now I've reached the end of the game. And a HUGE roadblock! To access the final mission, I'm supposed to beat not one, but two Man o' War ships!? So, now I am going to be forced to grind the part of the game I liked the least, so I can upgrade my ship enough that I can survive this stupidity.

Being that it's more a pirate game and less a Assassin's Creed game... yeah ship battles are kind of the point of it. Not a huge fan of it myself, but it isn't the worst part of the franchise.

Does anyone here have The Handsome Collection for PS4? I'm getting back into BLands 2 and I hear it's way more fun co-op so I'm wondering if anyone wants to join me in my playthrough. I'm level 2 with Sal or Level 10 with Gaige, so I literally just started.

Bastion was pretty great. Beautiful soundtrack. Now, I'm really looking forward to Transistor. Same with Wolfenstein: The Old Blood after playing The New Order.

I should go buy a lottery ticket, 'cause I'm feelin' pretty lucky right about now. I was on the last round of the longest and hardest challenge in Bastion, and came so close to dying. Multiple times. A skill I had equipped that sometimes saves you from a killing blow, must have activated 4 or 5 times in that round.

Far Cry Primal has surprised me and is probably the best Far Cry game thus far.
The small selection of weaponry fits perfectly into the setting and you never feel like they've added some just to fill out some random quota of how many different types of the same gun should be in the game.
The world itself is filled with animals and plant life as is expected of the setting, and the animal taming feels appropriate, taming the apex predators to give you an advantage over your enemies.
The two different groups of enemies are distinct enough from each other that it doesn't just feel like you're killing random guy with spear 7.
And finally the storyline is interesting enough to make you want to explore the quests rather than having them be a chore you need to do in order to get better equipment.

I'm torn. I want to play every Assassin's Creed game out there, but I didn't really think Black Flag was all that great.. Knowing this, should I buy Freedom Cry?
And I don't have much to say about what I've been playing the past few days. It was kinda fun.. when it wasn't balls-to-the-wall hard. Unfortunately, this was the case through most of Career Mode. Beach Buggy Racing, avoid like the plaque.

And I'd generally suggest avoiding Unity like a syphilis ridden whore, even now after several patches it's still a glitch ridden piece of shit. Syndicate on the other hand though is awesome.

I've been playing Assassin's Creed since the beginning but I've never had to buy any of them. I borrowed/was given the whole franchise up to Rogue but I'm still missing Unity and Syndicate. I play for the story so I was also wondering if Unity was worth it. I know the game didnt do well but I also don't want to miss out on something in the story.

I saw a picture of Q in Street Fighter V on my Twitter feed. My eyebrow lifts slightly in surprise. Turns out to be a mod.
I move on with my life immediately.

You're better off just watching a video on YouTube with the cut scenes from unity, than playing it yourself. Though to be fair, I've only tried playing it on PC, so it might be somewhat playable on one of the consoles, but from what I've seen it's just a matter of the degree to which the game is broken.
