Top image looks fake. Who's the green-haired chick?

Her name is Palutenia, Goddess of Light from Kid Icarus. Many have stated it looks fake but the models aren't from any other source, also the lower image has a Starman charm. But curious, what about the top image looks fake?

I don't know.. It just looks like Mario doesn't belong in the image, on the screen. Almost like he's pasted into it, somehow. He's facing her, and not looking up, also. Despite being half her height. ^^;

Anyone here familiar with White Knight Chronicles? Are they fairly decent games, if you're only interested in the single player? I was thinking of buying the first one, around Christmas, but decided against it, once I learned White Knight Chronicles II contained a remastered version of the first. Would have been a bit redundant, if I liked it, and then bought the next one.. Ending up with 2 copies of the same game, in the end. ^^;
I picked up White Knight Chronicles II at Meijer's, today. It was only $9.99, so I decided to jump on it. $5 per game is hard to resist, and I don't know if I'll ignore the online portion, altogether(if I had bought it used, I wouldn't have gotten the online pass, which normally run around $10, anyways). Kinda funny, they had 3 copies of White Knight Chronicles I sitting right beside it, at $19.99 each. Lol.
DamagEdit: Pfft. Welp, won't be trying out the online. Just read the server was shut down, last year. I've seen this a few times, now, with PS3 games. The price you pay, for free online? Games, eventually, no longer usable? Has there been a single 360 game, that has had its online capabilities removed? I can't think of any..

Maybe? I really haven't touched Nintendo consoles, since the GameCube. And a Mario game, since the N64. I'd be all for it being canon, though. I hope it's the first game, featuring Mario, rated M, and we get a message bubble showing his inner thoughts, "Mama mia! I wonder ifa the carpet matcha the drapes." Day one purchase, of the system and game, for me.

Started Infamous, after finishing off Tomb Raider(speaking of which, I really hope there's a sequel, soon. That game was fan-freakin-tastic ^^). Back on topic, Infamous is pretty fun. I didn't really get hooked, from the demo, so I wasn't sure how much I was going to like it. But, so far, I'm enjoying it. The only thing I don't like, is having to run to mission start points.. This was present in Arkham Origins, as well(possibly Arkham City, too, but I don't recall it being as bad). Why do they feel the need to make you run, fly, glide, etc., in these types of games? It's really starting to get annoying, and feels like a cheap way of making it take you longer, to finish..
At least it's not Prototype or Crackdown, yet(probably jinxing myself, by saying that ^^'). Both of those games, I never finished, due to great difficulty increases, in late stages of the games. :/

I can happily say Infamous did not turn into one of the games, mentioned above, and I have now beat it. Yay!
Heavenly Sword.. I want to love this game, I really do. The combat part of it, is fun. The Sixaxis motion controls.. not so much. When I bought a PS3, I at no point thought I'd be waving my controller around, like another system's controller, that I despise. -.- Though I'll admit, nailing one of those soldiers in the behind, with an arrow, and watching him jump up and down, almost made it worth it. xD

Whee! I can't get enough of Far Cry 3! I normally don't care much for FPSs, but this one's different. It's more like Fallout 3 was; big open world to play in. Loved that game, as well. My OCD for collecting things, though, is causing it to drag a bit.. Almost done, though. Just a handful left.
I tried out the multiplayer, just now, and I like it. Working together, with other players, against the AI, just feels a whole lot better, than trying to kill them. Normally, I probably wouldn't even touch the multiplayer, but I've put so much time into completing everything in this game, to not finish it off. By that, I'm talking about the 6 Co-op Trophies, needed for the Plat. :/ Not to mention, with the PS3, it's free. ^^
DamagEdit: *Headdesks. Repeatedly* First time I played coop, it went splendidly. Started a level, finished it, trophy popped. Turned it off, to watch the Cubs, and tried to do another mission, between them and the Bulls. Big mistake. Should have kept going, when I started. First off, you can't really select your mission, unless you do a private match. This would require me to have enough friends.. I have AVP, and a couple of people with Vitas. :/ So it randomly put me in mission 6, I think it was. When it was finished, no trophy.. Joining a mission in progress, will not net you the trophy. So that ended up being a complete waste of my time..
I found out that you can select your mission, in Private Match, and then go to Public Match, and it will find ones for that mission. Problem is, you'll join it in progress. So I had to start over mission 1, to get to 2... And that just went so well. First, getting through mission 1 was no sweat. But then mission 2 started, and we were down a man. With 3 of us, we kept dying. 2 or 3 times, I think. And then, after we died the last time, we restarted with a fourth person, who had just joined. So I thought maybe we might finally be able to get it done. We went in, started killing people, and then.. I don't know what the hell happened. They all decided to quit, at the same time or something, 'cause it said there weren't enough people in the group, and kicked me out to the menu. -.-
I'd had enough, at that point, and the aforementioned Bulls, were minutes away from tipping off, so I turned off the system. This Platinum may be way more trouble, than it's worth..

*Cries* There.. just are no words to explain, how buggy Far Cry's co-op is. I think I'm done, trying to do it, unless I find some people to do Private Matches with. 3 HOURS! And I finally finished Overboard(aka mission 3). It wouldn't load, at first, after I finally got through mission 2. So I had to quit the game, since it was just.. stuck loading. Tried joining a match, in it, and it froze on the loading screen, once again. After replaying part of mission 2, I FINALLY got into it. And then, right near the end, these enemies just kept spawning, and nothing else would happen. I didn't know if it was supposed to be like that or what, since I've never played them before. The guy I was playing with(2 people left, after this happened the first time, and it became just me and him), swam off into the ocean, and offed himself twice. I eventually did the same, the second time, 'cause something just seemed wrong..
Two new people were waiting to join, once we either died, or reached the next checkpoint. So we had a group of 4, again. I was going to shut it off, if something didn't change this time. We got to the point, where the enemies would just keep coming(they were only in groups of 3, and easy to deal with, but it never seemed to want to end..), and after not even a minute went by, the cutscene started. What the.. I can't explain it. I don't want to explain it. And I hope I never have to go through something like this, again. Which means, I'm probably done with the co-op sessions, as I said above. I kid you not, once that horrid mission was finally over with, it went back to mission 2, instead of going to mission 4. If it wasn't digital, I think this would be the first game I sold, just so I would never have to look at it again. ;w;
