Whip just got introduced in the new King of Fighters game with makes me happy.
Laura has more skillsets but in a straight head to head battle, she's going to at least have a tough time with Whip.

I have no idea who Whip is, but unless her whip is also a gun, Lara Croft wins.

Lara is going to have a hard time. But unless Whip is a bullet timer, Lara will have no problem shooting her in the head.
