In his stats, is says that it would take a nuclear level explosion to get through Omega Supremes armor. I don't think a lightsaber is going to be cutting him. Mara might evade this slow behemoth for a while (he'd still be like 12 feet tall even sized down) but eventually The Force will fail her and he'll blast her or crush her in his claw armor or otherwise overpower her.
Omega Supreme wins.
