After thinking about this for a long time I think Starscream might be too fast for this necromancer. Quan Chi might be very interested in his indestructible spark, though. They'll be an interesting pair for the tournament.

All the magic in the world won't keep Quan Chi from being killed by the shit load of weapons Starscream will send his way from the fly. Also unless Chi learns how to fly and fly real fast. He will never land any attacks on Starscream in the air.

Starscream is the only Transformer I like. I kinda live in his ✈️🐍🐍🌵👌🏻👢🤖 so I have to vote for him.
