I will point out that in one of my all time favorite games -Shinobi 3- Joe Musashi faces a speedster while he's riding a horse. The speedster keeps running by and flipping over Joe, dropping spears. Joe has to use good timing to hit him (I just threw rapid fire daggers until I hit him).
That just shows that speedsters are not out of his league although this mini boss is noting compared to Pietro.
