Great fight. The arbiter has the weapons to win the fight. The Arbiter's sword would slice through Jazz like butter and the Arbiter has the plasma gun which would so some damage to Jazz after multiple hits though it would take time. Jazz though has the more powerful firepower however Arbiter could have a force field. This could go either way.

This will be a tough team for whoever comes up against them. Against each other, yeah could go either way. In Jazz's corner, he has feats such as surviving all five Predacons, taking out Springer and Blurr just to show Kup he ain't no punk. Jazz is special forces and Arbiter better watch out.
My vote goes to Jazz.

I voted Jazz. He has the experience advantage and honestly he is too skilled as a fighter to lose here. Also he has the firepower to rain down on Arbiter and take him out from distance. They will be a hard team to beat
