I'll disagree and vote for Lancer. He was pretty good, second only to Scott Bernard in their group. Transmetal 1 Cheetor was still immature and inexperienced. Yeah he could fly but he honestly spent most of his time getting his butt kicked. A later Cheetor would win but not this this one.
