The only real way I see the one beating team 2 is by Gambit making an explosion big enough to kill the Twins. Otherwise I think they'll get him. Kanos can probably kill Gambit too. He'd have a much tougher time with Galford but the Twins can keep him busy until Gambit goes down.

Team One wins. Galford can teleport to dodge the twin attacks and the twins won't be able to dodge his electric attacks. Also he can create a mirror image of himself to throw off the twins. The twins lose that battle. Also Gambit has proven if he wanted to he could beat Captain America, Sabretooth, and more. He can use his abilities to boost his own superhuman abilities and do so much more that honestly Kir while good just won't be able to take out Gambit with his power/experience in the end.
