To appear suddenly in an unknown environment was a scary phenomenon. While the people around him were looking about in
confusion, Shinobi called upon his ninja skills and immediately found a place to hide.
Discussions occurred and decisions were made. Alliances were formed and suspicions were indicted. The attack from the fearsome
spinney-faced warriors almost pulled Shinobi out of his secrecy but he was able to avoid being spotted throughout the whole
thing.
From his hidden vantage point Shinobi was able to observe his fellows. He could tell who could be trusted and who would be a
threat down the road.
He also decided whom it was safe to revel himself to.
The Black Panther was the noblest individual to enjoy the most command. Most of the others listened when he talked.
While the others left to go about various assignments, Shinobi stayed and watched the Panther.
The Wakandan King worked for a little bit then lifted his head and called out. “If you are going to attack me you might as well do
it. I have already seen you, ninja.”
Shocked, Shinobi hesitated and then realized the uselessness he was exercising in staying hidden and came out.
Black Panther glared at him. He seemed relaxed enough but there was a slight bend in his knees that indicated that he was ready
to move at any moment.
“I’m not here to kill you.” Said Shinobi. “I’ve been watching you.”
“I know you have.” Said Black Panther. “Who are you?”
“My name is Joe Musashi- the Shinobi. I appeared with the rest of you but hid, moments into the confusion.”
“Do you believe anyone saw you?”
“No. I’ve been watching all of you. I have information on the more scrupulous members of our group. The skeleton-headed
wizard, Skeletor is on a mission assigned to us. The Egytian man and the Asian man have teamed up. They are attempting to
discover whatever power brought us here and then take it for themselves. The vampire woman works with them. And the one you
fear- Doctor Doom- He has allied himself with the robots. They seem to have loftier goals than simply playing this game.”
T’challa considered Shinobi’s presentation. “Your spying is informative. Continue to stay in the shadows and learn more. Reveal
yourself to no one.”

Sinestro didn’t allow himself to panic. He had enemies but they weren’t attacking him right away.
These strangers that surrounded him seemed just as startled and confused as he was.
Just as everyone was starting to get their bearings but before they could really do anything, a bright light appeared from above
and all eyes went up.
“Greetings champions! I am The Grandmaster! I have gathered you to represent me in a contest of immeasurable importance!
The cause is just and I am forbidden to participate as my presence is too unbalancing!
“You have been provided with a headquarters and resources needed to survive! This world has been made for your convenience to
carry out your destiny!
The computers will provide you with further information! But be warned! There are others who will oppose your efforts! Good
luck!”
The Grandmaster disappeared and the assembled began to converse.
“Okay, well at least we know what’s going on.” Someone said.
“Sort of.” Another clarified.
“So what do we do?”
“First we should probably introduce ourselves.” A robot-being advised.
That was the idea that most made since so the group went around, some telling more about themselves than others.
When introductions were finished, Sinestro used his fully powered ring to lift himself up so that all could see him.
“Now that that is out of the way, it seems like we should be about our business.”
“What are you suggesting?” the robot-being named Leader-1asked.
A close examination of the bot advertised that he was made from the parts of a jet fighter plane.
“If there are others that we have to fight, we should take them out. A strong offensive will make things easier for us.”
“That’s solid strategic thinking.” A man, his name was Cable, agreed with him. “But it’s too simple. There’s a lot more to this than
‘beating the other guys’. I think we should look at these missions.” He was already standing at the computer and obviously
already had its operation figured out.
Bringing up what he wanted, a holographic image of the Cosmic Cube appeared large enough for everyone to see.
“Our first mission is to retrieve this. How much do you want to bet those others guys are after this thing too?”
“Most likely.” Sinestro said thoughtfully.
The bot being, who called himself Leader-1 spoke up. “I’m not sure attacking the other group unprovoked is the smartest thing to
do.”
Another robot being, Grimlock argued. “A powerful offensive is the best way to deal with a sure conflict.” He was noticeably larger
than Leader 1 and seemed reek of strength and aggression.
The woman Moondragon chimed in. “He’s right. We know we’re going to be at odds with these other people, so let’s just get to it.”
There was so little fabric covering her body that even Sinestro allowed his gaze at her to linger a bit.
Leader-1 look uneasy. “We shouldn’t be fighting unless we have to.”
“Guys” said Cable loudly. “I know what this thing is! It’s called the Cosmic Cube! It’s got power beyond our imagination. If it’s
going to be in somebody’s possession, I’d rather it be ours.”
“That makes more since than hoping our counterparts fail to use it against us.” The woman Aleta pressed. She was floating on a
pair of solid light discs. Although not as skimpily dressed as Moondragon, she was stunning with her long blonde hair and
unmodest cleavage.
“Then we have two operations to decide on.” Said Leader-1, hoping that his statement would discourage them from a preemptive
attack.
“I don’t think we have to choose.” The one named Man-At-Arms hinted. Outside of his green, semi-barbarian armor, his mustache
was most prominent. “There are enough of us to take care of both.”
“Yes,” Sinestro settled back down to the ground. “One team to retrieve this mysterious cube. A second team to attack the enemy.
I will take a group to secure the cube. Do I have volunteers for this mission?”
*******
Looking upon Skeletor, Sinestro noted first the rams head staff that he carried. Above the skull head. Above the blue skin and
clawed feet. Even more so than him holding the Cosmic Cube, Sinestro deduced that this man was some sort of sorcerer.
“Surrender the cube and I will leave you unharmed.”
“Is that the best promise you can make?” said Skeletor. He aimed his havoc staff but before he could unleash a blast of mystic
energy, he realized that Sinestro wasn’t alone.
Two women emerged. One was bald, her flowing green cape covered her more than the matching skimpy costume she wore.
The other one was dressed like a house servant.
“Odd fashions, our adversaries have.” Skeletor mused.
The thought that these two had volunteered to accompany him on the mission put a smile on his face. Now to test their loyalty.
“I’m sure he didn’t come alone.” Sinestro cautioned. “There are probably more in the area.”
“Indeed.” Wihelmina agreed. “We will seek them out.”

Trailing Skeletor was not easy. The best that they could do was head for the place that he was heading.
Beyond the building that they were in, lay a forest. It looked like any normal forest and was even brighter than it should have
been with so many trees.
“What is that noise?” Mr. Incredible wondered out loud.
“The sounds of battle.” She-Ra explained.
Many yards away, a large tree cracked near the base and fell. A flash of yellow energy flared.
“There!” Toshiro dashed off.
She-Ra and Mr. Incredible hustled to follow but the soul reaper was moving quickly. He was confident that his allies would
properly back him up as an individual came into view.
She was dressed like some kind of servant with a poufy purple dress and matching headdress.
Clearly there to stop him, Toshiro angled himself toward her.
Wihelmina spoke. “Indeed you will go no further.”
To which Toshiro responded. “Out of my way!”
He had drawn his sword and suddenly found himself attacked from all sides by a strands of ribbons.
Mr. Incredible saw his comrade in battle and just as he was decided to help the swordsman, everything went black. His head
pounded to the point that he couldn’t take it and his gray matter shut down.
Spotting Mr. Incredibles attacker, She-Ra didn’t waist time running. She changed her sword into a boomerang and threw it at the
scantily clothed bald woman.
Moondragon dodged the attack and then called upon her telekinetic powers to hurl one of the toppled trees at the power woman.
Running from the ribbons, Toshiro stopped beside She-Ra, signifying his intent to make their stand there with her.
“Mr. Incredible is down!” She-Ra informed him.
“These people seem intent on fighting us!”
Determination furrowed She-Ra’s brow. “Then let’s give them what they want.”
