With prep, team 2 would win, but a first encounter like this, might I don't think either guy will have anything on their person that would handle Smoke and douse Iroh's fire.

Smoke is a beast and he beat some high level fighters in Mortal Kombat the reboot game before Mortal Kombat X. Hank would not be able to put him down without prep. Panthro is a good fighter but he would lose to Iroh.
