Team 2 of course has the numbers but team 1 are the more skilled fighters.
I know something about Capoeria. It's not a good style for multiple foes. Eddy may have the skills to do that but I'm just looking at this realistically. Nevertheless, I believe he could take Double Dragon as long as he can keep them separate.
Kim should be able to take Axel and he can for sure take Jimmy or Billy.
So I say team 1 wins.

The Double Dragon brothers are physically superior to Eddy and have the fighting skills on top of it to beat him. Eddy won't win that battle for sure. Once Eddy goes down Axel's super powered Street Fighter like moves with the Dragon Brother's abilities in later games/media wins it for their team.
