Tigra (Marvel) & Tigress (Kung Fu Panda)
vs.
Buzzoff (Masters of the Universe) & Thailog (Gargoyles)
Location: ghetto neighborhood
Tournament rules
The teams simply appear in their environments at 100% health and strength. They have no prep time before the battle. They know instinctively that they are to fight together against the team in front of them. The partners do know each other because the 1 on 1 rounds happened so they’ve been on the receiving end of each others’ attacks. All characters are in their regular mindset but are properly motivated to win within their moral boundaries. To win: -submission/incapacitation (unable to continue fighting for a ten second count) -knock out (again, ten second count) -out of ring (if on a rooftop, cliff or something) flight negates this avenue of victory -death

Thailog is one of those badass Gargoyles that would knock Tigress the fuck out with his strength, endurance, speed, and more. Tigra could put down Buzzoff but Tigra vs Thailog is a close battle. Tigress can do 10 tons strength wise so she is strong but strength wise I don't know if her or the Gargoyle is superior. Tigress is faster speed/reflex wise and she has a healing factor of her own. Hard call here. Thailog has the experience advantage due to being a perfect clone.

Told ya'll this was going to be huge.
I'm going with team 2.
Buzzoff is actually pretty tough considering what happened to Webstor when he ate some of Buzzoff's people's food. He's a hothead but I don't think that will harm him here.
Tigress's fighting skills won't be enough for her to beat either Buzzoff or Thailog.
Tigris won't be able to beat Thailog in my opinion outside of a lucky shot.
Now for my thought's on round one.
Killer Instinct got they @$$ kicked.
2 of four Tommy's lost which was kind of surprising and kind of encouranging cause I was afraid of him dominating the tournament. (Looks like Scarlet Witch is the one to look out for)
Next up is the 2nd chance round. All the teams that lost get to battle it out for a chance back into the tournament.
Green Tommy and Ryu Haybusa went this route and ended up winning season 2.
So see ya'll in a week or two unless I magicaly get another Megastory part up before that.

So. I don't rightfully understand how this tournament works, from what I understand, we're still in round one?

So. I don't rightfully understand how this tournament works, from what I understand, we're still in round one? Yeah, this is the last of round 1. Round 2 doesn't start until after the 2nd chance bonus round. I did this because there lots of teams that I like and others like and it's a shame to see them go after one fight so this is just a excuse to see them at least one more time.
To clarify- round 1 is over. Up next is the bonus 2nd chance round where all the losers of round 1 battle it out. The winners of the 2nd chance round are back in the tournament and will join everybody else in round 2.
Got it?

This is a very ambitious project and I can't wait to see, like, who the final four are. They would have beaten, like hundreds of people to get there. I'm guessing you have a tourament bracket somewhere?

Uhhh something like that... I'd love to see your process. No you don't... but if you really want to know. I just got sheets of paper with the characters. other sheets with the match ups. I make the matches myself instead of just random hat drawings to avoid too many stomps. I cross out the looser and try to write the winner and looser down at as we go and go through the match up process again and again. But it's so big that I kept matching up characters more than once in a match and didn't realize it until way too late. But I got 'em fixed before round 1 was over. So it's relatively easy but pretty challenging when you got a 3 year old and a seven month old that you hold too much.

I've seen enough of Goliath to be pretty sure that he could lift four, maybe five tons at most, and Thailog is his equal in that regard. If Tigra can lift ten tons, she'd very likely have her way with him.
