Scorpion can definitely fight and defeat Cam. Scorpion has the experience, fighting skills, and superhuman abilities to do so. Winter Soldier would definitely beat Azrael since he is superior in most areas. Problem is that Azrael has the armor to stay in the fight long enough for Scorpion to finish off Cam who won't be able to do a lot of his super samurai attacks in such a small area and help Azrael kill Winter Soldier. In addition in a hall of mirrors Scorpion has the main advantage of being able to teleport and attack both men repeated times. In addition neither man can withstand hellfire. Team 2 wins.
