Here are the fight parameters…

They have their standard gear they are seen using most often.

Combatants are in character. This means their usual set of morals apply.

This is a random encounter (no prep for either side). Both sides have no immediate knowledge of their opponents.

The fight takes place in a large shopping mall. The combatants start at opposite sides of the mall.

Death or Incapacitation are the ONLY ways to win.

Also most of the Incredibles with their powers would be hard to catch like in the son's case or put down like the father's durability or the mother's elastic abilities. They have the superior powers and experience here.
