Shadowcat (Marvel) & Elastigirl (The Incredibles)
vs.
Sub-Zero (Mortal Kombat) & Sogetsu (Samurai Showdown)
Location: grocery store (a few shoppers fleeing)
Tournament rules
The teams simply appear in their environments at 100% health and strength. They have no prep time before the battle. They know instinctively that they are to fight together against the team in front of them. The partners do know each other because the 1 on 1 rounds happened so they’ve been on the receiving end of each others’ attacks. All characters are in their regular mindset but are properly motivated to win within their moral boundaries. To win: -submission/incapacitation (unable to continue fighting for a ten second count) -knock out (again, ten second count) -out of ring (if on a rooftop, cliff or something) flight negates this avenue of victory -death

Ice just happens to be a excellent way to kill someone with Elastigirl's abilities. Subzero is a Grandmaster and a fucking beast in Mortal Kombat. Elastigirl's is screwed either way whether she touches Subzero in close combat or tries to attack from a distance. Subzero turns her into ice and breaks her apart into ice cubes. Kitty is a huge problem. Its going to take both men on a Team Two a Long time to put her down. Kitty could win with a out of ring or incapacitation. It just depends on how far she is willingly to go to win. I say Team Two wins.

Sogetsu is some king of hydrokinetic. He can make copies of himself from water to attack from multiple angels. He could probably outmanuever Elastigirl on his own.
Kitty is ninja trained to but I'm sure she's not at good as either guy. Still, won't be able to depend on her partner because, of course, Sub-Zero would make short work of her and Sogetsu would simply take a little longer.
Eventually, team 2 will get her.
