Gilad would be too much for K' and I think Chameleon might be in for an unpleasant surprise at his strength, durability and battle skill. Of course Gilad will be constantly surprised at Chameleon's many powers.
Haohmaru might be able to handle K'. but not Chameleon.
I'll vote for team 1 because I believe in The Eternal Warrior.

The Eternal Warrior is a hell of a warrior and powerful in combat. I could see him still taking out Chameleon even with Chameleon's abilities. I agree the Warrior ends up winning it for his team.
