I don't recall Wolverine ever actually fighting Sebastian Shaw so I'm not sure how he would do against him.
I haven't read later issues of Shadowman to know how good he's gotten with his abilities but I think Nightmare would be his better.
I'm going to just vote team 2 because I see Shaw getting the better of Logan but then Nightmare taking him down because his attacks have a spiritual aspect to them.

Actually Shadowman is already dead and immune to a lot of attacks so I don't know how either man plans on killing him. Two neither one of them has an answer for the shadow gun. The gun focuses the power of Death itself from the Mask and unleashes destruction in the form of shrieking wraiths, ripping through its victims to leave their souls behind. Nightmare may be powerful but Shadowman's gun and supernatural abilities will put him down. That's not including his own physical abilities. Also Nightmare is more likely on top of it to make Shaw more powerful as the fight goes. Team One has more advantages
