Team 2 really?
Shuri is no T'Challa. She can't handle somebody of Duncan's expertise. He trains He-Man. He has all those built in weapons (in the 2002 cartoon at least). They made him bad ass even without all those weapons in the current DC published comic.
Doc Ock is one of Spidey's roughest foes because he's so dangerous to him. Those arms were too much at least for young Peter. Mileena is nowhere near Spider-man's speed and agility and as violent as she is, she's not going to get past his arms.
Team 1 definitely.
