Punisher has the heavy weapons and explosives to kill the dinos. Battlecat will provide a good distraction while Punisher handles the heavy load and takes them on. I say Team One.

I would think Battlecat would be the winning factor and Punisher would be the distraction. Sure Frank can kill a dinosaur with the right weapons but Battlecat could take either one head on. He's smarter than either one and although smaller, Battlecat would be faster and more nimble.
