Golyath (Gargoyles) & Sabrewulf (Killer Instinct)
vs.
Splinter (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) & Chewbacca (Star Wars)
Location: war torn city (evacuated)
Tournament rules
The teams simply appear in their environments at 100% health and strength.
They have no prep time before the battle.
They know instinctively that they are to fight together against the team in front of them.
The partners do know each other because the 1 on 1 rounds happened so they’ve been on the receiving end of each others’ attacks.
All characters are in their regular mindset but are properly motivated to win within their moral boundaries.
To win:
-submission/incapacitation (unable to continue fighting for a ten second count)
-knock out (again, ten second count)
-out of ring (if on a rooftop, cliff or something) flight negates this avenue of victory
-death

Great fight. Team Two has the superior fighting skills with Splinter and Chewbacca who has combat experience with weapons. Problem is Team One physically outclasses both of them by a quite a gap and its enough where it gives them the victory.

This is a good one for sure. Chewy vs. Saberwulf would leave Chewy messed up. The Wookie is stonger but the werewolf is faster and far more vicious so I say Saberwulf wins that one.
Splinter should be able to hand Saberwulf but not easily.
Golyath is so strong that Chewbacca just won't be able to handle him. Splinter would do better but Golyath would be too powerful for him to finish. Sure Splinter has faced his level of opponent in the Battle Nexus and other fights but I just don't think he can overcome Golyath.
So I'll vote for team 1 and cry for Splinter and Chewy. I like that team.

I would say Chewy and Splinter would win. Splinter in most continuities is a force to be reckoned with, and Chewy's strength and skill with a bowcaster would make him a valuable ally to the rat martial artist. However, it would be a close fight between these two teams. Sabrewulf is an unpredictable animal and Goliath is also pretty powerful.

Yeah it would definitely be a very good fight. Goliath is the huge problem here. If Chewie has a blaster he could shoot Sabrewulf is Sabrewulf does not reach him in time though thats highly unlikely with his speed. Goliath I just don't think they can overcome.
