I see a few threats here. Krampas, Hugo, Amethyst, Spider Gwen, and possibly Blob could realistically take this.

I've never seen the Blob but doesn't he just expand and expand and smother everything in his path? So unless they all find a way to shut him down, the winner over everyone else will have to deal with him.

I believe Amethyst doesn't have to breath oxygen? Tell me if I'm wrong on that one, I know she doesn't have to eat like a normal person.

And Krampas is immortal right? I guess it comes down to those three then. And it hurts me to say this because I submitted Krampy but I'd go with Amythest maybe.

I'm glad you like the match. I'm fond of them too.

And I know little about each of the combatants except for Spider-Gwen and Grover. But I don't think Gwen can defeat the Blob. Maybe Grover could figure out a way to stop it but I'm not sure. Haruhi, if I remember right, is supposed to be a god or something so maybe she'll have a come-from-outta-nowhere victory lol

Hate to break it to you, but the Database has since been updated.

Still, just from some quick research, it looks like the only being out on this list or currently showing up front that's capable of dealing with the whole of the Blob's gelatinous mass is Haruhi:

Thing is, it's a toss-up whether or not she'll have enough conscious control of her powers to do so.
