I'm not sure which Black Knight is featured in this rumble, since there's been quite a few and all their skill sets differ. Billy isn't really anything special, just a Bo staff fighter, though he can jump pretty damn high. I'm saying that team two would win, but it does kind of depend on the person beneath the helmet of the Black Knight.

The main Black Knight I know of is Dane Whitman. I know he comes from a line of Black Knights but I didn't think any of them are truly significant in the Marvel Universe.
Yeah, Billy Cane is the weak link. He's not up to what Raph or Asteroth are gonna dish out. Whitman could beat either but not quickly and definitely not both, once his partner goes down.
Team 2 wins.
