Rai (Valiant) & Iron-Fist (Marvel)
vs.
Jin Kazama (Tekken) & Magnus the Robot Fighter ((Valiant)
Location: WWE steel cage
Tournament rules
The teams simply appear in their environments at 100% health and strength. They have no prep time before the battle. They know instinctively that they are to fight together against the team in front of them. The partners do know each other because the 1 on 1 rounds happened so they’ve been on the receiving end of each others’ attacks. All characters are in their regular mindset but are properly motivated to win within their moral boundaries. To win: -submission/incapacitate (unable to continue fighting for a ten second count) -knock out (again, ten second count) -out of ring (if on a rooftop, cliff or something) flight negates this avenue of victory -death

It will be a long hard fight but I think team 1 will take it in the end.

Jin is powerful but since he is not Devil Jin here Iron-Fist can beat him. Iron-fist is superior in fighting skills and experience then Jin. Jin also in the current Tekken series justed ended the war and was busy with that. I doubt he was keeping up his actual fighting skills and relied more on his power as time went out. I could be wrong. Also Ironfist is more powerful then regular Jin. Rai vs Magnus will be a long fight because of Magnus' superhuman abilities. Rai however has a more variety of powerful superhuman abilities like phasing, Density Control, energy constructs, Technopathy, superior superhuman speed, and other superhuman abilities. I agree Team One wins.
