Here's something that is quite rare on this site: James Bond themed rumbles! This isn't really in celebration of any kind of milestone or anything like that, but this is a tournament starring Bond's supporting cast and enemies. Official film versions of characters only.
Dr. Julius No (Dr. No, 1962 film)
Bio: A mad half-German, half-Chinese scientist with mechanical hands in the employment of SPECTRE, Dr. No had a plan to stop the American spacecraft launch. Dr. No was extremely wealthy perhaps thanks to his shady affiliation to SPECTRE, and spent it on an elaborate lair to conduct his villainous schemes in.
Powers, Abilities and Personality: No was notably subdued and calm for an overly ambitious, evil psychopath. His mechanical hands made him quite formidable as they allowed him to break solid rock. He had a lack of dexterity thanks to these artificial hands, however.
vs.
Dr. Kananga (Live and Let Die, 1973 film)
Bio: Possessing an alter ego called Mr. Big, Dr. Kananga was a drug trafficker and Caribbean prime minister who sold free heroin to customers of his restaurant chain and then substantially up the price for it in the hopes that the customers would become addicted to the drug and be willing to pay the high prices for it. Kananga exploited the superstitious beliefs of the people on the island of San Monique so that he could produce massive amounts of heroin undisturbed by the population.
Powers, Abilities and Personality: Kananga was a highly intelligent, ruthless schemer with a downright diabolical plan to outcompete his rivals, as well as a master of disguise. He was also quite bombastic and would often wear a shiteating grin when in the company of his enemies. He commonly wielded a simple handgun that could fire inflating shark pellets. He was also a good hand-to-hand fighter.
Arena: A snowy dune in Antarctica.
