Here's something that is quite rare on this site: James Bond themed rumbles! This isn't really in celebration of any kind of milestone or anything like that, but this is a tournament starring Bond's supporting cast and enemies. Official film versions of characters only.
Tiago Rodriguez, aka Raoul Silva (Skyfall, 2012 film)
Bio: Tiago Rodriguez lived his early life on his grandmother's private island, where he learnt how to exterminate rats. At some point, he joined the secret service and was sent on a mission in the 1980s to China along with the woman who would one day be M, Olivia Mansfield. Mansfield allowed Rodriguez to be captured by the Chinese, who tortured the agent and broke his mind. He attempted suicide with a hydrogen cyanide pill, but he somehow survived much to his own surprise even though the pill "burned his insides" and left his mouth and face horrifically scarred. Rodriguez reemerged in 21st century as the dangerous cyber-terrorist called Raoul Silva, and went on a mission to make Mansfield pay for her betrayal of him which involved him revealing the identities of MI6 agents on YouTube, releasing a virus into the MI6 systems, bombing a subway and destroying James Bond's family home in Scotland, Skyfall. He was also an associate of Blofeld's organisation, SPECTRE, which funded some of Silva's activities.
Powers, Abilities and Personality: Silva concealed his psychopathy with a bombastic, flamboyant exterior. He was vengeful, cruel, manipulative and almost always made sure he was one step ahead of his opponents, which was how he managed to escape from his cell in the MI6 headquarters. Silva was an expert hacker and marksman thanks to his training as an agent, and was also a master of disguise. Silva had very few concerns for his own life, and was basically suicidal which was seen when he tried to convince Olivia Mansfield to shoot herself and Silva with one bullet.
vs.
Max Zorin (A View to a Kill, 1985 film)
Bio: The result of a Nazi experiment to create super-soldiers, Max Zorin was an industrialist and former KGB agent who planned to destroy his competitors' business by causing massive earthquakes. His evil plan lead to him having a run-in with the ageing secret agent, James Bond.
Powers, Abilities and Personality: The medical experiments that led to Zorin's birth caused him to be highly intelligent but also sadistic and sociopathic. He thoughtlessly killed his own henchmen and associates if he thought they were hindrances to his plans; he was even willing to murder his own lover, May Day.
