Here's something that is quite rare on this site: James Bond themed rumbles! This isn't really in celebration of any kind of milestone or anything like that, but this is a tournament starring Bond's supporting cast and enemies. Official film versions of characters only.
Auric Goldfinger (Goldfinger, 1964 film)
Bio: A greedy, backstabbing schemer and gold smuggler, Goldfinger was the owner of Auric Enterprises which had its base located in Switzerland. Auric's obsession with gold was his defining trait, made clear by the fact even his gun was made of gold. Goldfinger had a plan to destroy Fort Knox and make all of the gold within it radioactive in order to make Goldfinger's own gold more valuable. He would smuggle gold by having vehicles made out of the element be melted down.
Powers, Abilities and Personality: Auric Goldfinger possessed overwhelming greed and a desire to become the richest man in the world. He was cold, remorseless and had no honour whatsoever. He famously placed James Bond in a trap involving a laser beam which would have vertically bisected Bond if the agent had not escaped from it. The fact that Goldfinger was willing to subject Bond to the laser makes him one of the most vile psychopaths the agent ever faced. Goldfinger was quite overweight so he wasn't the best fighter, and wasn't a particularly good shot with a gun either.
vs.
Ernst Stavro Blofeld (On Her Majesty's Secret Service, 1969 film)
Bio: Apparently a different man from the Blofeld portrayed by Donald Pleasance who appeared in "You Only Live Twice", Telly Savalas's incarnation of Blofeld was the leader of SPECTRE and had a plan to contaminate the world's food supply if he was not pardoned of his past crimes. His arch nemesis was George Lazenby's James Bond. He also had an American accent unlike the previous Blofeld's vague European accent.
Powers, Abilities and Personality: Savalas's Blofeld was vastly different in stature, appearance and fighting ability from Pleasance's Blofeld. He was more than a match for Bond in a fight, but still possessed the scheming, keen intellect of his predecessor.
Arena: A tram railway
