Johnny Cage (Mortal Kombat) & Terry Bogard (King of Fighters)
vs.
Trini (Yellow Power Ranger) & Nightwing (DC)
Location: WWE Steel Cage
Tournament rules
The teams simply appear in their environments at 100% health and strength.
They have no prep time before the battle.
They know instinctively that they are to fight together against the team in front of them.
The partners do know each other because the 1 on 1 rounds happened so they’ve been on the receiving end of each others’ attacks.
All characters are in their regular mindset but are properly motivated to win within their moral boundaries.
To win:
-submission/incapacitate (unable to continue fighting for a ten second count)
-knock out (again, ten second count)
-out of ring (if on a rooftop, cliff or something) flight negates this avenue of victory
-death

Team two wins. Trini with her PR suit beats Terry with her superior physical abilities and Nightwing can beat Cage with his superior fighting skills/experience.

I'm looking at Team 1. Both Terry and Johnny are powerful fighters. Dick might be a little bit more skilled then they are but I think their power attacks would do him in.
Trini, I believe, is skilled enough to hang with either guy and her powers (mainly her Power Ranger durability) would make her hard to put down.
It might take a double team for Johnny and Terry to defeat either Nightwing or the Yellow Ranger, but I think they can work together enough to do it.
However Nightwing and the Yellow Ranger are team oriented enough to work well together as well, so it could easily go their way too.
I'll stick with team 1 though.

Cage is not too powerful for Nightwing. Nightwing fights Blockbuster and other meta humans. Nightwing is also a superior fighter and more experienced. Cage's beating Quan Chi feat does nothing from him here since that was nothing more then a one time power boost that was never used again. Terry can dish out all the attacks he wants but Trini could end the match in minutes with her weapons that shoot energy blasts that would put him down in seconds. Trini has the superior superhuman durability, speed, strength, and reflexes. Team One would not win.
