Jaime Lannister (Game of Thrones)
Bio: Jaime Lannister was the son of Tywin Lannister, and the sister of a queen of Westeros, Cersei. Jaime was considered at one time to be the greatest swordsman in the world and was respected for his abilities; however, he could be something of a slacker and his father did not believe he made the most of his abilities while he had them. While he wanted to be known as an honourable knight, Jaime did some rather dishonourable things and made a name for himself as the "Kingslayer" after he killed the Mad King, whom he was supposed to protect. After being captured by the Starks and held hostage during a civil war between Jaime's family and them, Jaime was walked across the land while imprisoned by Brienne of Tarth and had his hand cut off by some bandits, which destroyed his greatest attribute: his swordsmanship. Despite his handicap, Jaime still managed to be a competent swordsman with his left hand and ultimately exceeded as a general.
Powers, Abilities and Personality: Jaime, as mentioned above, was once considered to be the greatest swordsman in Westeros, though he wasn't actually undefeated. After his handicap, being a general became Jaime's noteworthy skill. Jaime had a silver tongue and could be very manipulative at times, yet this is often contradicted by his cocky, obnoxious and thoughtless attitude. He often went headfirst into situations without properly thinking of the consequences, and annoyed many people with his talkativity. Despite his personality flaws, Jaime could be kind and personable to his kin, especially his brother Tyrion, whom he often defended from abuse.

The Joker (Nolanverse)
Bio: Unidentifiable DNA. Custom clothes. No consistent origin story. The Joker was indeed a complete anomaly, a man who apparently never existed until he mysteriously showed up in Gotham City and shoved a pencil through the eye socket of a mob boss's goon. The Joker believed himself to be a "superior" class of criminal compared to the money-obsessed gangsters that infested Gotham, as he did not have any clear motivation for his horrific crimes outside of a need to create chaos and anarchy. The Joker convinced the criminals of Gotham that he would be the one to kill the vigilante known as the Batman who had plagued their lives since his first appearance, but in actuality, the Joker had no desire to kill Batman; the Joker aptly compared himself to a dog chasing a car, as he believed he would have no goal to complete afterwards if he ever did kill Batman. Among the crimes the Joker committed during his brief rampage throughout Gotham were armed robbery, countless murders, bombings and finally a "social experiment" in which he gave the passengers of two boats the opportunity to blow the other boat up.
Powers, Abilities and Personality: The Joker was completely unpredictable. He could switch between being a faux affable creep to being a sadomasochistic psychopath at any instant. While the Joker claimed he hated plans and men with plans, he himself was a master at scheming and manipulating people right into his hands. The Joker delighted most of all in giving people psychological beatings rather than physical ones, though he was adept enough at fighting to take Batman by surprise and injure him severely with a crowbar. The Joker used weapons like guns, knives and blunt objects, but preferred knives apparently. He was extremely durable, which was best seen when he literally laughed off Batman's furious punches in the interrogation room. The Joker could have been triggered by being called a freak or by anyone who reminded him of his father who he apparently hated.
