Nathaniel "Rock" Adams (SoulCalibur)
Bio: Born in Britain but raised in North America by natives, Nathaniel "Rock" Adams was a heavyset fighter who fights to honour and protect his beloved adopted son, Bangoo, whose name he needlessly screams often. Rock preferred to wield large, bludgeoning weapons such as maces and hammers. He often got involved in the conflicts surrounding the cursed sword of legend, Soul Edge. Astaroth the axe-wielding golem was considered to be his enemy, because Astaroth resented the fact that he was based on a human like Rock (both in the narrative of SoulCalibur and out of it).
Powers, Abilities and Personality: Rock didn't possess any supernatural abilities, but was very strong. His fighting style consisted of slow strikes with his weapon. Rock had a gruff but amiable personality, which meant he was always willing to let younger fighters test their skills against him and he would give constructive criticism to his foes.
vs.
Eyedol (Killer Instinct 1)
Bio: A two-headed cyclops from a mysterious pocket dimension, Eyedol was a warlike entity who battled against a fellow monster called Gargos in his own plane. Eyedol was imprisoned by Gargos at the dawn of human civilisation, but Eyedol was released from his prison thousands of years later by the company called UltraTech. UltraTech hoped that Eyedol would act as their champion for warriors to face in their Killer Instinct Tournament, but Eyedol wasn't easy to control. Eyedol was eventually defeated by the magic-using secret agent Black Orchid.
Powers, Abilities and Personality: Wielding a huge club, Eyedol was a berserker in the purest sense, as he simply overpowered his opponents with his large size and brutal swings of his club whenever he had the chance. Whereas his counterpart from the rebooted games' universe has a literal split personality, the original Eyedol had no personality to speak of, and his two heads didn't have any difference between them.
