I have been on the ElectricFerret site for a while, and now I'm back at this site after that has been shut down, what are the terms of wrestling characters? I don't mean like Zangief, I mean Hulk Hogan and the like form back then to today. Are they allowed to be submitted here? If so, how should/would/could they be used?

Yes, I'm certain that they can be included in official matches and such no different from any other type of character. I think we're more lenient here compared to EF when it comes to character submissions.
