No. The Batman family would never turn on Batman and oppose him. After everything he has done they never have done that. you think they would go along with Batman even if their friends and loved ones refused to register? Then Batman was assigned to hunt them down. I just don't see dick, jason, or Tim going for that.

Well first this is New 52. Dick was never a Titan and other then Starfire does not know the rest. So he has no reason to choose them or anybody over Batman. Your right about Tim. Tim pretty much went straight into becoming Red Robin or whatever the fuck this horrible New 52 version of Tim Drake called himself. He would not turn on the Titans and after what Dick just did in that Batman miniseries currently going on where Cassandra Cain was finally introduced into the New 52 involving the villain Mother (I believe that was her name) in find Tim's family. Tim has quite a few reasons to choose the Titans over Batman. Jason is a wild card. I am not sure who New 52 Jason would choose. Damien like Dick would never choose anybody over Bruce.
That is a very good point you brought up.

I agree about Damian though.

Oh Dick and Starfire did hook up. They recently hooked up again in Starfire's comic I think. However they do not have the same history they did in Pre-Flashpoint. No chance in hell Dick would turn on Batman for her.

Well I already gave you John Stewart. Hal Jordan is an easy one. He is arrogant, stubborn, and likes not following the rules. He would be the first against the Government trying to control metahumans. Flash is a hard one. Barry might agree with Hal and join the Anti Government. Then again Barry might agree with Batman that some metahumans like Firestorm for example maybe do need to be registered and monitored. Barry is a wild card. Guy Gardner would not join the the Pro Government because he would not trust the government in a way with monitoring superhumans and telling them what to do. Guy likes to break the rules as it is as well and knows sometimes doing what is needed may require doing some bad things. Guy would be Antigovernment.
