We want this community to grow, I know we do, or at least I hope we do. Well I was browsing Youtube as I do and I came across this channel known as The Otaku Battledome. It''s pretty much dead, but they would debate vs. matchups and occasionally other things over a Google Hangout livestream on Youtube. I thought maybe we could do the same.
We probably wouldn't get a lot of hits at first, so we'd have to really common match-ups to hook people in, but as it grew we could diversify into the more obscure things we like to use in matches. God knows we know our characters at least as well as those guys over at Death Battle, probably better.
What I'm proposing would not in any way replace official matches or Rumbles on site. Think of this like the old CUB Back Issues, We'd debate the match- up and leave it up to the Youtube comment section who won. Now of course for any given match up we'd want people who knew at least one of the characters really well and perhaps a neutral character to moderate. I don't know, just an idea I had.
