The Plot:
From a meta contextual standpoint, this arc is about the transition from the old website to the new. Mirroring the plot from Marvel's most recent secret wars event, the old multiverse (site) was destroyed but the gods in charge, known as the creators (that'd be us), created a new Khazan Multiverse. But in the transition, the history of the old multiverse was lost. Something else went wrong in the transition, but without their history the citizens (Characters) of Khazan didn't notice. One creator (myself) began to notice something was wrong, but he needed heroes from with in order to discover exactly what the issue is and fix it. The creator begins granting the memories of the old site to a select group who he had built a history around in the old universe. However, it would seem another creator - or one with the power a creator - is against fixing this error, and is working to silence or destroy the UWT2 team.
New Khazan:
This is by no means an official map of New-Khazan, just a somewhat sloppy representation of how I envision it for the arc. Each of these worlds is a universe unto itself, being simultaneously finite and infinate - think Timelord Technology. These worlds are much more closed off from one and other than they were in the old Multiverse. Each world has it's own central hub, and many branching locations. Locations that are similar enough have been merged (Most modern day cities have been merged. Star Wars, Star Trek, and Doctor Who, have all been 'merged' to occupy the same space). Special crafts exist to allow travel between worlds, but are rare - with many characters being unaware of their existence. Characters who exist in multiple medias (I.E. Hulk is in Comics, Pop Culture, Cartoons, and Video Games) can more easily cross the boarders between worlds. A character can access any world a creator sends them too. Which world a character lives in is determined by where it's placed in the database.
Video Game:
The Video Game district is one of the most well policed districts in all of Khazan - as well as the easiest to cross over into, as many characters have video game versions of themselves. This world is closely monitored, as nearly everything is recorded and broadcast at all times. However, laws very drastically from section to section, creator a district that is very difficult to navigate. Travel between sections is rare, unless by high ranking officials.
Comics:
Simultaneously one of the most similar and different worlds to our own. Justice is the law of the land, with heroes being worshiped as gods in many areas of this world. But for every hero in this world, lives a villain. The defining trait of this world is constant civil war, as heroes and villains battle for control. The world of comics and anime are the closet two worlds, separated by a physical and malleable barrier at the center point. These are the only worlds with inhabitants able to cross over by traditional means.
Anime:
Much like it's comics counter part, this world shares many similarities to our own. Here, honor rules the land - and most heroes and villains live by this fact. This means this world is more peaceful than the comics world, but only slightly. It's separated from it's comics counterpart by a physical and malleable barrier - which can be crossed by traditional means.
Fantasy:
A world perpetually set in the recent to distant past. It's defining trait is much more common access to magic than most worlds. The citizens of this world, on the whole, are more knowledgeable and open minded than those of other worlds, always keeping their minds open to all possibilities. Humans are just one of many inhabitants of their world, and unlike most other world, are not necessarily the dominate species. It is split into three main sections, The Underworld (various incarnations of hell), The Sky World (Representations of Heaven and paradise), and The Earth World (Any earthlike or standard fantasy world).
Cartoon:
Dubbed the Tooniverse, the physics of this world exist as more of a suggestion than a reality. The most powerful citizens in this world are those who know how to access the mysterious force of this realm, Toon Force, and manipulate it to their will. Ease of travel from this world varies based on how in touch with the Toon Force a citizen is. Outsiders, once given knowledge of the Toon force can access this power, but only natives can access it outside of the Tooniverse.
Sci-Fi:
Perpetually set in the near to distant future, this world is in every way equal and opposite of the Fantasy world. Magic is mostly nonexistent in this world, though there are some magic users and some forms of science which seem magical to outsiders. Many sections of this world exist as space stations or planets of their own. In general, anything magical that the citizens of this world come across is considered science they don't yet understand. Many alien species inhabit this world, and humans can be considered a minority.
Pop Culture:
The fastest moving of all New-Khazan worlds. This world exists perpetually in the "now" with citizens moving from the main section to the retired area at light speed. Celebrities and Memes live here, and while their reigns are often bright, save for a few, they are all short lived. This is the hardest world to access and few citizens travel to other worlds.
Horror:
Everyone can visit this world, in their nightmares. Here exists every fear that has ever lived. Physically, most heroes have trouble accessing this world - while villains have much freer travel to and from this world. If for some reason a character wants to access the battle nexus through their own power, they must first pass through this world.
Battle Nexus:
The central world of New-Khazan. The place where most battles take place. The place where the creators live. The main way to access this area is to be chosen by the creators. Among the travel crafts, few exist that can penetrate the barrier of this world. All powers and forces exist in this world.
