My top 5 favorite covers in no particular order...

This cover strikes me as the perfect idea of what this original series was hinting at. Flash was a covert special agent but hiding a monster on the inside. It was up to him to control his darker side and this image captures it wonderfully.

I really liked this cover for its patriotic feel. While its not what you would see for any previous Venom incarnation, it completely captures how the company was trying to portray with this new version of Venom. (side note: this is the first issue where this venom and spiderman meet)

I enjoy this cover because its Venom's first real chance to be a part of the Avengers. Judging from the look on the other members you can tell they are not exactly excited to have him on the team. Also Venom's look is portrayed as more of a classic hero stance for the cover. It just made me want to read more about the character and see what was in store for him.

While I have been unable to read this issue, I love the cover. Venom is shown really embracing his new role as one of the Guardians of the Galaxy. From the looks of it the team isn't as against his joining as the Secret Avengers looked originally.

I liked this cover cause it was essentially old vs new. Eddie Brock had previously returned and has taken the guise of Toxin. This picture shows the immense challenge Flash Thompson had before him. Eddie was very familiar with the symbiote as oppose to Flash still learning. Also it portrays the difference in personalities of the two.
