Character has some personality, the fight scene was smooth. Seems like a great lead in to great things to come- I feel like I know a bit about the organization, and I'm excited to learn more.
And drugging a prisoner to get them back to base is a cool idea.

She's a hound, so far they don't seem like the lot who mean to be "charming." I say go for it and let the masses decide what sucks and what doesn't.
That is of course coming from me, the guy with a whole one character in the database. Albeit a contest character.
