You may be wondering just what the hell is this fanfic all about. Well, for me, it is just a test run to see how well I can structure a long running story. While this fanfic may be lighthearted and fun, trust me, later ones I'll make will be more serious and have more drama.
But for now, you guys can have a story narrated by Saxton Hale from Team Fortress 2 about the Demoman and the Engineer's adventures through time and space. The story will come in small parts, but it won't be that long anyway.
In in case you haven't noticed, the title of the adventure is based on Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, but outside of the premise of having two dudes travelling through time, the two stories don't have much in common, so don't expect a cameo from Bill or Ted at any time in the story.

The narrator uses some amusing expressions, but aside from that, it could be more engaging. It reads like someone trying to tell you about a funny show they watched, rather then just showing you the funny show. There's a lot of 'and then this happened, and then this happened'.
Concept could be neat, but I'd just slow down the pacing a bit, give us some more detail.

Concept could be neat, but I'd just slow down the pacing a bit, give us some more detail. Saxton Hale is a bit dumb by nature, as he only really cares about his company and fighting, and I was kind of supposed to give you the feeling that Hale doesnt really care much for the story he's telling. Anyways, the last two parts of the story are posted. I tried to structure the story a bit better, but I wanted to wrap the tale up before I start on another episodic fan fiction project. If you haven't read the whole story yet and don't know much about the lore of Team Fortress 2, here is a little character profile section. Saxton Hale: The former CEO of Mann Co, a weapons manufacturing company that used to be owned by his ancestors. He only cares about fighting wild animals, and does so on a regular basis. He supplies the RED and BLU teams weapons. Dell Conagher, the Engineer: The Engineer enjoys playing the guitar and killing people with his ingenious inventions and buildings. In the game, Dell acts as a defensive character who builds things like dispensers that supply teammates with health and ammo. He usually has a pistol and a shotgun handy in case anyone somehow gets past his deadly sentry guns. Tavish DeGroot, the Demoman: Like the Engineer, the Demoman is a defensive character, but instead of building things, Demoman creates explosive traps for hapless enemies to set off. He always has a bottle of alcohol on him, and will even try to drink from it after he has smashed it over an enemy's head. He can also aim his grenade launcher perfectly even though he lacks an eye. The Scout: A loudmouth guy from Boston who inexplicably has a strong Brooklyn accent. In order to get to fights before his bigger brothers could, the Scout trained himself to be a runner, and when he became a mercenary, he soon discovered that he was the fasted mercenary on his team. While one might think that running into a battlefield with an aluminium baseball bat is a stupid idea, the Scout is remarkably effective with the weapon. Mikhail, the Heavy Weapons Guy: A man from Russia who treats his treasured mini gun like a human being. He even gave the gun a name: Sasha. The main reason Mikhail works for RED, other than for his love of killing, is because he needs money to support his mother and three sisters. His favourite snack, the sandvich, can heal him from any injury. The Medic: Not much is known about the Medic other than the fact that he doesn't care much for the Hypocratic Oath. The Medic uses a machine called the Medigun to heal his teammates on the battlefield and can transform them into indestructible red rage monsters if need be. He is good friends with the Heavy Weapons Guy. Merasmus: Merasmus is a wizard clad in a black robe who often terrorises the RED and BLU teams on Halloween. He used to be roommates with Jane Doe, the RED Soldier. He wears a skull like a hat. Bombnomicon: A talkative book with a giant bomb in its mouth that is supposedly from the depths of hell itself. He used to be in the possession of Merasmus, but now lives in a small cave in hell. Nerasnus: A character I made up for this story that is the less diabolical brother of Merasmus. Nerasnus is blonde (although he probably dyed it in order to distance himself from his family even more) and wears a green robe. He lives in a small cave in the middle of nowhere that contains all of his spell books. The 1850s Team: Unbeknownst to many, the teams shown in Team Fortress 2 weren't the first ones hired by RED and BLU. Even the teams from Team Fortress 1 were actually RED and BLU's lackeys. However, the first team hired by RED and BLU were actually famous historic figures (or at least very convincing cosplayers of famous historical figures) from the 19th century, like Abraham Lincoln and Stonewall Jackson. In the Team Fortress universe, Abe Lincoln was the one who invented stairs; before that, everyone rocket jumped in order to get to high places.
