Ok, the Hulk has regeneration, let's say that Bruce Banner loses an arm. he then changes into the Hulk. would he only have one arm or would it grow back? and if it grows back, when he reverts to Banner would the re-grown arm still be there?
thoughts?

Well in the Avengers movie Bruce said he tried to shoot himself and 'the other guy' just spit it out. So it seems like Hulk has some power even as Banner. That has nothing to do with your question but... I just wanted to through that out there.
I think I would grow back and Banner would have his arm too.

In the comic books, The Hulk reacts to immediate danger to Banner, even if Bruce isn't aware of the threat. Which is why Bruce is usually taken out of fights with just sedatives. However, you cannot shoot him while he's asleep.
So if you tried to cut off Bruce Banner's arm, he would Hulk Out before you got through.
