I want to say Billy, for nostalgic reasons. But that wouldn't be fair, since I haven't seen any of the others in action.

I only saw a couple of these guys but Billy was a pretty darn good one. I mean, yeah, I liked Max, Sky, and TJ to some degree but not as much as Billy.

I tried to find clips but billy and ethan are the only two I could find.
The premise behind this is im planning to do a story arc/weekly rumble with the best power rangers to date using the super mega force powers. For those that dont know the super mega force powers allow them to access any version of the rangers ever used
im leaning towards billy but looking for others insight
also if you have suggestions for the other rangers im interested. I pretty much have my mind made up about the rest but could be swayed

Tommy MMPR
Andros IN SPACE
Adam MMPR
Kendrix LOST GALAXY
Kira Ford DINO THUNDER (kinda up in the air on this one too though)

JS, was the Blue Ranger for Power Rangers Turbo, not many people liked him all that well because he was normally a little kid, that when powered up, would transform into a ranger around the same size as the others, but retain his kid voice and mannerisms even in transformation. I liked the character myself, because I found his conception to be quite creative, but not handled just as well as the others. |

xLEGACYx: Maybe because he was a kid? I have nothing against children, but it seems like a lot of the ones, portrayed in fiction, are annoying as hell. :/ Z451: Ah. That does sound odd, that they didn't have someone else voice the bigger version. More than likely, didn't want to pay another actor.. I only watched the original series, so, yeah, almost completely out of the loop. ^^' This list only furthered that hypothesis; didn't know there had been this many continuations. DX DamagEdit: And 20+ years running, at that. Wow.. Thought I started watching it, when I was 5. Hard to believe they're still going.

I would say the best Blue Ranger is Billy as well. Billy was very smart and use to help Alpha fix all sorts of alien tech regarding the Power Rangers equipment that many humans wouldn't be able to do. The next best one was TJ PR in Space. He had some damn good fighting skills and the PR in Space were one of the best.
