Amazo wins easily. Kryptonians might as well roll over and play dead. They have nothing that will even graze or stun him. Amazo on the other hand has a crapload of ways to kill them.

Now it’s up to two more members to activate the button. The equally match button is, just like it was in the matches with Wally West and Peter Petrelli, completely useless in this match. If anything, it would make it even more of a stomp for Amazo. The "Equally Match" button, according to the specification we have been given for it, only affects the physical capabilities of the characters. Namely their strength and speed. If the winner, as was the case for both Wally and Peter, as well as for Amazo here, is stomping due to non-physical abilities, then the button has no effect, or at worst makes it even more of a stomp. |

I'd agree that the equally match button will get the reverse effect here. But I'll grant it anyway even though it's getting taken out next round.

Let's just say that Amazo attacks New Krypton. There's Kryptonian smart enough to defeat him? I mean the Justice League does it so it's not impossible, right?

This is the vastly high power level Amazo from the DC Animated Universe who went throughout the universe gaining god knows how many abilities and more who nobody could beat. He makes 616 Amazo look like a joke.

Yeah Amazo wins. The only reason he didnt kill Luthor after easily brushing the entire unlimited league away was because he changed his mind. This Amazo can do about anything. He displaced Oa with a thought.
